Great prices but poor conditions.
This course is a better for beginner golfers. The prices are great, but the only problem I have with the course is most of the time there is crab grass beside the fairways that is almost never trimmed.
I just started my journey into playing golf last season. That being said I've tried to play every local course this area has to offer. I found their membership deal too hard to pass up, and I definitely got my money's worth last season. It's a very accessible course and very learner friendly with fairly cut and dry holes. Biggest danger is having a wicked slice and causing some hail damage on the right side houses. The pro shop is laughable compared to other area courses. But this is only 9 holes and puts off the vibe it's not really trying to compete with that. It just wants you to get out there and golf. Matt the manager is an awesome guy who loves the sport and shows that every time I talk to him. I will most likely invest in the membership for years to come, and try to talk some friends into doing the same.
