Nine hole course, good to get some practice in. A couple of greens in bad shape. Quick round of golf.

A wet day on the course
They should have closed this course due to being under water. It’s a 27 hole golf course and only the White course was closed.. We played the Blue course twice because we were told several holes on the Red course were unplayable. We lost balls in the middle of the fairway due to deep water. This course is pretty enjoyable when it’s dry but never again after heavy rains. I did call & ask about conditions before we left for the course & was told Red & Blue were playable.
OOPS MY BAD
I THOUGHT MY RESERVATION WAS FOR MONDAY THE 8TH OF JUNE, NOT SUNDAY SO I WAS SUPPRISED TO SEE THIS E-MAIL ASKING HOW I ENJOYED MY GAME. RE-BOOKED FOR TODAY THE 8TH AND ENJOYED THE DAY. WIFE WON'T LET ME OFF THE HOOK FOR SUNDAY SCREW UP. OH WELL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET OLD.
Too many houses
I don't mind playing on a course with houses but when you have walls and walls of glass and you're bound to hit window if you'refriend is learning how to golf and then it cost them almost $150 to replace that window why would I ever go back? I get it you should be safe when playing golf but accidents happen and it shouldn't cost you that kind of money we could have spent half that money and gone to a course and put it in the woods and not worried about a thing.
Old day
old place nice staff but one thing about the place was the Greens they were great and I will pay there again
A Good Olde Natural Preserve
I've been playing here for about 5 years. The 3 courses were previously leased and the course operator could not get the then owner to pump any $ into course improvements. Consequently, the course received Fair reviews at best. In February 2020, the operator purchased the 3 courses and, in my opinion, has put forth a good faith effort in improving the condition of the greens. The greens look and are rolling better than they have in 5 years.
Most of the fairways are adjacent to water which means they are environmentally sensitive and cannot be filled or irrigated. If one can appreciate the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, the surrounding community, the amazing wildlife, the reasonable pace of play, relaxed course regulations and the very competitive green fees, one can certainly have lots of fun playing with family or friends at this Arthur Hills player-challenging design. Forget about the lush, chemically-rich soils you are used to expecting and have a ton of fun playing this minimally-fertilized natural preserve.
John, James and staff - keep up the good effort and reasonable fees - the golfing community will respond with its support.
Sincerely,
The 2016 American Golf club Champ!
Good value
Cpiurse needs work after being neglected for so long.
Good time today
Course is tired as anyone can see. The wildlife is amazing. The pace of play was not rushed. There could be more staff as it is a lot for one person but carts were ready and there was no wait. I’d do it again for sure
Not Worth It
Staff was friendly and we were able to play in around 3 hours, however those were the only positives. Course was in horrendous shape, tees were overgrown, fairways were spotty at best, and the greens left a lot to be desired. We played the blue and white courses, and it was very difficult to find the 1st tee as the signage is non existent. Would not recommend.
Golf Wednesday
The staff was accommodating & kept the speed of play up by starting foursomes on one of three courses. The condition of the course has declined in the last month. Fairways are not consistent and greens are the same. Putting is not true & the course of the putt depends on the lumps and bumps on the putting surface
Are you blind. This is the absolute worst course I have ever seen or played
