Whispering Pines Golf and Country Resort

This was our first experience to Whispering Pines. Thanks to our family members for leading us around the track and disclosing the undulating terrain prior to our drives was very valuable.

It’s our first but not our last visit, when looking for time with family.

Course was in great shape and rate of play was good, but man do I hate golfing at places with houses, roads and vehicles throughout the course. Didn’t count the exact amount of holes without any house on em but there wasn’t many! Nice club house and the netted driving range was free. Also no beer cart out and about on a holiday??

My wife and I golfed Whispering Pines this afternoon and enjoyed our round. The course is well kept, and nicely filling in from the cottage/cabin development over the past 10 years. The traffic was light, the Marshall was friendly and helpful as he did not have much to do. We had a cocktail as we turned the corner to the 10th hole and the ladies in the canteena were friendly and almost over helpful. Whispering Pines offered a great way to have a relaxing round on a decent course with no pressure or high brow golf mannerisms.

Great course! Great conditions! Great price! Great weather!

Overall quiet. Not too rushed. At times it was backed up by I dont mind waiting if it's not me holding up people.

Usually go with just my boyfriend to enjoy a nice day the teo of us but we once in a while get asked to partner up. Luckily they didnt force us last time so really enjoyed the game. Sometime clubhouse staff are a but owly but overall decent people! Love golfing out there!

This course was in mid season form and very enjoyable.

Enjoyed our round. Pace was good and course was in good condition. Many houses along the course so it can be challenging at times.

I have played this course a few times always enjoy playing no pressure has a few tough holes but is a great over all experience

We had a god round at Whispering Pines. The course steadily continues to improve, a bit of a shower in the late afternoon it added to the mix. Thanks Whispering Pines.

Everything was great except pace became very slow 6 holes in.

Because it was overcast and a bit drizzly to begin, there were very few other golfers on the course at the time.

There was only two of us on a cart,

Therefore there was time to redo a couple of bad shots or chips.

Sun came out on back nine, and day became quite pleasant.

Lots of re-do's between the two of us.

Easy, fun day.

Even enjoyed a beer when the sun came out.
