Rude course Marshall
Golfing with two beginners who are theming their best, we let people pass every time they would catch up to us yet the Marshall was very rude telling us that we “need to walk faster”, I tried to explain that we have two beginners with us and we were letting people pass that’s why we were not going fast and he said no does not matter. I have heard other people who golf here have the same problem

Love this course golfed here many times over the years
Great course, beautiful setting. Nice change from City golf with the marshes and open spaces. Well worth the 1/2 hour drive!
Always a good time
Located about 40 mins from SE Calgary, this course is without-fail a solid choice. The course is always in great shape, the greens are well kept, and the staff is very friendly. The value of the green fee is what keeps me coming back to Strathmore.
Great course for a great price
Friendly staff all around. They even informed me that I qualified for the senior rate(55+) which was a little cheaper than the Golf Now rate. The course was in pretty good shape and the weather even co-operated. It was a little cool to start but the jacket came off by the 4th hole and it got even better from there. Played with three really good guys which made the round even more fun. Nicely laid out Covid friendly restaurant that had good food. I had the chicken fingers and fries.

Best condition of fairways I’ve ever seen there. Like walking on plush carpet. Well done grounds crew!!
Strathmore is always great.
The staff are always friendly and I've never had any issues with any of the golfers that come here.
The pace of play & course are liberal and enjoyable with the course being maintained very well.
We always enjoy coming to strathmore and will continue going!
Great as always
This is the first time I've booked a tee time at this course via GolfNow but I've been here plenty of times.
The staff have always been great to deal with, pace of play is good for beginners & intermediate players. I think the distances/layout cater well to intermediate players but not the advanced. The course is also well maintained and I've definitely been on much more expensive courses that look MUCH worse.
Overall, I will definitely continue to go to Strathmore!
Partially showers be course was in good shape and an enjoyable round was had.
Best value
A short drive from Calgary and the staff is always pleasant. My personal go-to for weekend golf.
