I found the course to be very challenging. Last year I played from the Blue Tees and this time I played from the Whites. Whichever you play from the course must be played with a position tee shot leading to a comfortable distance into the green. There are numerous hazards to be avoided, including trees, water and bunkers. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and all its' amenities. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a complete test of their golf skills.

We had a great time, especially our guest. He's played several top notch courses all over N. America
but was extremely impressed at such a great course only 2 minutes from the Ocean front. One of our usual 4 sum was not available so we fit him in. We had exceptional value on GolfNow.com hot deals. the money saved was spent at the course, everyone wins. The greens were smooth & fast. Had to take a drop out of one bunker because the 4 point Deer didn't want to get up, until his Doe & Fawn came out of the trees for a stroll thru out 4 sum. How to impress a tourist. Couldn't have paid the Deer for the act.
Our guests first play on Vancouver Island...not his last.
