About
Merritt Golf & Country Club is situated in the beautiful Nicola Valley, which is also home to Monck Provincial Park, Harmon Lake Interpretive Site, and Douglas Lake Ranch, western Canada's largest ranch. Accuracy is the key to this challenging golf course thanks to a slew of hazards that includes out of bounds and strategically placed sand traps. Many of the greens are elevated and you'll also come a across a few that have multiple tiers. You also have to be careful about your club selection since there are several holes that play right into the wind. The par-5 fourth is the golf course's signature. Danger lurks everywhere on this lengthy hole, which also has an island green. Merritt Golf & C.C. offers a few risk-reward holes that give you a chance to recover your score.

Pleasant round
Greens are getting a little beat up. Tee boxes are fine.
Steady wind makes this course 6-8 shots tougher than when calm.
Awesome long 9 hole course
Super fun course, 1st holes a little over 500 yards I believe. Lots of challenging shots to make but also very wide fairways. A really friendly, easy going atmosphere from the staff in the pro shop as well. Overall an awesome course that is way bigger than you would think, love coming out when I can!

Played today with a friend, course was super fun. Lots of driver length holes. Pro shop staff are super friendly a d overall for the value I'll definitely be back to play again!

A very pleasant outing
My partner and I were invited to join 2 members on the first tee. They turned out to be great guys and we had a real blast. The course is not difficult but has all the right ingredients: 2 long par-5's, nicely maintained greens and a very good pace of play. I wouldn't drive from Vancouver to play this course, but I would CERTAINLY play it on my way from Vancouver to the Shuswap, and am planning on doing just that several times this summer.
Nice Day of golf on a good course
A nice nine hole golf course. The fairways in great shape and the greens were very good. Great value for your money. Nice layout with lots of opportunities to used the "Big Dog". I play this course every year when I come to visit my friend. The course is in the best shape I've seen.
should be closed
3 or the 9 holes are completely closed and one par 4 is 90% closed so they made it a 80 yard par 3??? the few of the remaining holes fairways are destroyed due to flooding. this course should not even be open.
