#1 Golf course in recent Ricmond review.
Great little 3000 yard course. Owner operated so the service is the best. The chef in the kitchen is a gourmet, nothing average here. As for the round, it was icy +3c, water hazards were frozen and not much ball run on the fairways and green it it was still a ton of fun. Highly recommended.
A very negative attendant
My friend and I enjoyed playing a round here and decided to play a second round back-to-back. We went to the attendant to pay for another round, and he said to just buy some food and we'd be fine for a second round. During the second round, another attendant, who was playing a round behind us, confronted me and accused me of stealing his ball. I hadn't, and knew exactly which ball was mine. He tried to convince me some other ball was mine, which it wasn't, then threw it on the green and drove off in his cart. A minute later he came back and demanded to see my ball, because his had a logo. I showed him there was no other logo, proving it was my ball. Instead of any apology for the accusation and rude behavior, he drove off saying 'it's your second round anyway' as if he could be rude to me because I was playing another round. We had offered to pay, and had bought food at concession as payment, there was no justification for his insulting behaviour.
The first attendant offered good customer service, recognizing it was a slow day and offering a good deal for the second round. The attendant I encountered on the course was rude, accusatory, and offered a very poor customer experience. The encounter threw me off my game for the rest of the round.
I will not be coming back to this course anytime soon.
Fairly easy executive course
Went on a sunny day in October, the course was pretty empty and I could play the course at my own pace. Staff are always friendly. Greens were a but bumpy and slow after being punch and it was a bit wet on the course.
Nice executive course
Nice easy course to sharpen up your game. Couple of reachable par4 and some straight forward par3s.
Didn't putt that well because of punched green, other than that, enjoyable round.
Nice executive course
Par 57 course ideal for golfers that prefer shorter holes. Still challenging because of water hazards and sand traps. Very friendly staff. A few of the holes have a lot of road noise from the nearby highway but after you get past them it's very enjoyable. .
One of my favorite places
I always enjoy playing here, the staff are very friendly and always treat me well. It is a great course!
Great rate excellent staff plus good course condition
This course is good for beginner. Easy to build confidence and concept for every beginner
Endless Waiting !
After shot after ,Just waiting...waiting,,,,
Nightmare !
Fair Value, Easy Afternoon Golf
Overall the impression was fair. I went late Saturday morning and the pace and condition was very reasonable. Would like to see it a it more dry though. There were sprinklers on and a fair bit of soggy rough.
Great practice course, friendly staff, great food!
My wife and I played here for the first time today and had a great day out. The course is fairly easy which really helped my wife who is just taking up the game feel comfortable. The staff very very friendly and pace of play was good.
We will be back soon.
Great little course
This is a entry level course. It is easy to play and greens are very playable. The condition of the course was good and no real issues. The staff is friendly. Under new management and it is noticeable. They had great lunch specials like $10 for steak dinner and food was excellent.
Great place to sharpen your game on a budget
One member of our threesome hadn't played in months. Another member is 10 years old. Wide fairways and little rough allow for playability when shots go astray. Greens were good quality, but flat enough that if you're on your game, you will really score well. Drawbacks would be the noise of the 99 freeway on a few holes, but for the money it's great.
One minor complaint: Even at 10 a.m., a kid can't eat in the cafe - only outside - due to B.C.'s antiquated liquor laws.
A little overdue, but thank you so much for the positive review!! We will be sure to share your comments to our chef. We hope to see you back soon! Thank you.
