Good value
Good value for a great executive course.
Staff friendly and accommodating
Sweet course that helps you...
Make great use of your irons!
And no real mosquitoes to speak of.
Good course to use your irons.
Only used my driver 3 times. Good course for developing your iron game. The pace of play was quite slow. We waited on every hole. Otherwise very good short course.
Nice Improvements particularly at the new elevated tee boxes
Also food is great, try their clubhouse sandwich with fries which is large enough for two.
This course has consistently improved and tidied up to become better.
Nice small course
This place is a nice little golf course the only complaint I have is that they had very little service for food and beverages even though they had good beer section. Kitchen closed before 5 and it's summer. I got no service after the ninth hole
Awesome
The course is very well maintained
It is so much better since new management
The tees are in excellent condition, the fairways are fantastic
I cant complain about anything
Absolutely love this course now and intend on joining the mylora ladies league
Reno
What a beautiful club house
Restaurant has been totally redone
The course it’s self is in excellent condition
Good value for money
The course is not pristine by any means, but Mylora is always a good go-to course for a quick round when other, larger courses are busy.
Great little course
I learned to play on this course years ago and it's evenbetter now, Although it wasn't great for a few years, the course is well taken care of now.
Great Course For Beginner Golfers
The course itself is quite nice for beginners. The course isn't that difficult and also offers a few longer holes for an executive course that allow you to use a wider range of clubs.
The condition of the fairways and greens could be improved and are definitely in need of some maintenance. There were parts where it was bare solid dirt on fairways and even some of the green's had parts where grass wasn't growing on it. Again, this is a great course to play golf cheaply and to get some practice in without large green fee's.
Good executive course
Good course to practice your short game. We were fortunate to have the first tee time after a tournament so we had the course to ourselves. The tee boxes were pretty chewed up but by in large the course was in decent shape.
Reasonable value
Most greens were quite good. Fairways were quite a bit patchy with very dry burnt out areas. We still had a fun round and the price is very reasonable. We were unlucky in that we had a very slow foursome in front of us for the 1st 9. Thankfully they gave up after 9 and the back 9 we were able to play at a normal pace.
Renovated
What a nice renovation
The clubhouse looks great
The food was very good
The golf course was well kept and the pace was perfect
This is great for a fun day out
Overall
My booking with Golf Now did not show up on Mylora’s computer but the staff accepted my word that it was made and got us out in a timely manner. They contacted Golf Now and straightened things out while we golfed.
Good course to test your irons.
Had not played here in decades - happily pleased. Trees have grown in nicely to buffer Hwy noise. Testy little greens require well played shots. Speed of play was good - under 3 hours.
Good greens - tricky
But the rest of the course leaves a lot to be desired! Too many trees where you can lose your ball for absolutely no reason. I talked to the course staff and they laughed, saying it's a good challenge. No a challenge is in how the course is laid out and traps are placed. There is no reason to have bushy trees and deep reedy margins around the water. It's annoying, not challenging. Earlier this year, the grass was too long and you could lose a ball standing right on top of it. What it does do is add to the pace of play since everyone is spending more than 5 minutes per hole looking for a golf ball that could be in plain site if the course were maintained properly!
Good executive value course
Good value course, the only thing that threw us off a bit was it seemed like maybe the distance from tee to green were off. We couldn't find the markers and figured out maybe to go by the winter golf matts?
