Fantastic golf outing at Maplewood
Found a last minute deal through Golf Now so made a booking and headed out. The drive wasn't as.long ad anticipated si were early.
The course looked quite backed up whe we got there.but.by the time we'd had our delicious believe on the patio, there wasn't a wait at all.
The ciurse was.wonderfully groomed and was a pleasure to play.
The pro shop staff and serving staff were all very friendly
Maplewood Course was amazing
Had a beautiful day at Maplewood - got a great last minute deal through Golf Now so with the cart, it cost us each about $45 for 18 beautiful holes.
The course was extremely lined up when we got there but by the time it was our tee time (after a drink in the beautiful new clubhouse) it wasn't backed up at all.
The groups before and after us were very friendly and nice when we did meet up.
My partner and I are average golfers - we had a few difficult spots but overall it was a great course to play. Very scenic.
But definitely TAKE A CART!!! I don't even know if they allow walkers - it is a long course.
The pro club staff were super friendly as was the bartender (can't remember her name) and my ceasar was delicious.
My one complaint would be they serve Molson Products - which means I can't have a gluten friendly beer that I can drink - Budweiser or Corona. They did have Bud Light but it is not my drink of choice but had to drink it.
Smarten up Molson and at least provide some regular priced (good tasting) gluten free beer!
Overall, it was a splendid day
Fantastic Condition
Staff are super friendly and thoughtful! Definitely going back and would reccomend to others to check it out. Back nine is a little tighter and a bit more challenging. But very enjoyable.
Don’t go on Wednesday
Booked this tee time through golf now. Didn’t tell us it was men’s night. Got to play the front 9 for 4 holes then got kicked to the back 9 where there was 6 groups waiting at the tee box. Waited 15 minutes a shot. No regard for place of play. Maybe don’t book 30 tee times when it’s men’s night. Brutal.
Course was nice though
No cart
I have been using golf now for a while and every course let me use a driving cart but to my surprise when they told me cart no included , not a big deal but I wasn’t prepare to walk this time
Would be nice to known before hand
What you think what was the reason not let me use cart?
Play and Enjoy
Stay on the fairways as the rough,well bring a compass. Which is great, this course you will use all your clubs in the bag. Greens are challenging and in great shape. Good rollout but don't be surprised if your punt line gets challenged.

Beautiful course and really great clubhouse. All staff were friendly.
Communication
We booked the day through’Golf Now’ but a staff could not handle our reservation so we paid again and ended up paid twice at the site. Fortunately, we could refund some amount from a general manager two days later but it was our family golfing day and we were unhappy communicating with the staff at the site.
