Kingswood Golf and Country Club

Course was in great condition. Although i dont feel it is worth $93 plus tax. We teed off at 8:45am which is not super early. Hole 5 had 4 sprinklers on around the green so we could not play that hole properly. Hole 9 and 12 had the greenskeeper working on the green as we were playing the hole, thank fully it did not hinder pace of play too much but there are definitely better times to maintain the course.

The reason for not recommending the course to others is because i have played here 5 times now and there is always course maintenance issues while still having to pay full price. Last year Hole 10 was especially concerning with having temporary greens or sand everywhere. Again i understand course maintenance needs to happen but paying full price where we have to play around these issues is where i have my grievance.

The round took 5.5 hrs to play. All 4 players were experienced and played as fast as we could. We waited on every hole as did the groups in front of us did. The tee times are spaced 8 and 7 min. apart and alternate .with each tee time. Not only are you wasting time you also get out of any rhythm that you are used to playing at. It is a tough course and the tee times should be more spread out to 10 minutes between groups as some courses are.

A surprisingly difficult course. All sorts of different challenges. Tight in some holes, over water in others, lot of fun. Not pristine condition but greens are very good

This course went through tough times a year or so ago. Conditions are much improved now. This is a surprising difficult course. From 9 through about 22 are some difficult holes. For the price, this course is definitely worth the time!

The greens were in great shape. Considering all the rain we've had the greens were quite firm how ever seemed slow for me. Your putt rollout is generally short and slow.

Fairways were great too hit from and the rough and third cut were quite long and this is do to all the rain. The ground crews and course works were great too deal with and helpful with their golfing advice. If you have the time and are looking for a fun course to play with some interesting views golf Kingswood.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Having played the course since it was opened, the course is certainly in need of of some TLC. The stffr are super friendly and very helpful. The greens are are in good condition. Fairways are starting to resemble cow pasture. Pitty they used to be some of the best around. For the price it's worth playing.

If you're looking for a course that gives you pleasure and challenging play, Kingswood will work for you.

The greens are a 7.5 on the 10-1 scale. 10 being highest. The roll out is normal and free falling around the cup. Fairways are clean and easy to hit from. Your rollout is minimum which is normal for this time of the year so don't be disappointed when your 210 yd drive is only 180. The rough is not as cow pasture and a place you can play from. However stay out of these areas as you play along the river and wooded areas.

First round of the year, but always play many at Kingswood. Course is still waking up so to speak, but the staff are always amazing!

We were waiting on every tee box from hole 1 and the waits were getting longer after every hole. We teed off at 12:08 and finished the 9th hole just after 3. We ended up just going home after 9 because it was so slow and a lot of people behind us were doing the same. Also $16 for a medium sized bucket of driving range balls for a subpar range is way to steep. It's too bad, this course used to be pretty good years ago. Looking at the recent reviews I'm not alone by saying that this place has gone downhill

Went to play 18. On 10 while approaching the green had a groundskeeper turn the sprinklers on and refuse to to turn them off while he chain smoked cigarettes. Got into an argument with him and had another over dude with a tongue ring tell me it was expected me pick up our balls and take a “2 putt” he also threatened to “ban” us. Not sure what type of person runs this place but I have never experience such baffling behaviour in 20 plus years of golfing.

Was advertised as cart and round for 40 got to the course and made us pay for the cart an additional 25 dollars not as advertised on golf now

Book Around and play. The course is in great shape and the fall colors are in full view.

For the price we paid the low round was Ok. There was number of carts dashing around looking for an open hole to play. Guess that what members at the course do.
