Good Course but getting Rough around the edges!
Have played many times over past years so I've seen how good this course can be. It seems to be getting a bit run down looking. Lots of fairway repair areas, muddy spots, etc.
Bottom line, its a great course for the price of a "Hot Deal" on GolfNow.
Slow tournament
I showed up and watched a group of four hit the ball around 20 yards each. I was told there was a restaurant tournament going on. There were also two girls just stopped about half way down the first fairway, just sitting there. Two guys came out of the restaurant with beers and then headed out to meet them. So a ridiculous delay. Then the next group (first guy hit 10 yards) and there were still two groups in front of me, I was playing solo. I looked at the tenth hole, not a person around. I asked if I could play the back nine first. The starter said talk to the guy inside. The guy inside said no. I said there is nobody there, he still wouldn't let me play in reverse. I left as it would have taken around five or six hours at that pace. I did get a rain check but would have preferred to play. Poor staff decisions. Not sure if I will go back if this is how they run the course.

Great value. Pace of play was good in 4 hours. Greens were good fairways had some winter kill. More than most
Good way to start the golf year
Course is in decent shape. A few tee boxes and fairways are still recovering from the winter. Pace of play was good and as always great friendly staff.
Nice layout with some winter kill
I think once the rains come and the grass has a chance to recover, it will be a good summer opportunity. Nice layout with challenging holes for the average golfer.
I got what i paid for
I paid $20 for 18 holes and i got same amounts.
I don't know why the lady at pro shop asked me to pay for power cart which is already included when i booked at golf now.com.

Perfect day and great round
great prairie course with challenging sand and water traps.....no geese is a plus!
Looks old but still fun to play.
Lots of wide open fairways. The design looks old but it's still a fun course to play. It's possible to drive the first hole which is 260 yards. The course always seems to be busy, a sure sign that it is valued. The club house is all right, not a fine dining place but has a fully equipped bar. Some holes are tough to play in the wind. The course is not tough but also not easy, just moderate. I always enjoying playing it. Prices are from $38 to $42, with twilight at $28.
