About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

Why dont
...the course tell you when they have spiked the greens. I would have played another course if I had known. Not cool to turn up, pay and them play the course in less than optimal condition !!!!

We need rain!
Mother Nature needs to help with some rain. Maintenance is trying to keep the greens good, the traps are mess.
Good overall course
Good course for the cost. Greens are always fun to putt on. Fast and well maintained. I went durn a very dry summer so far ways were a bit dry

Unfortunately Mother Nature has made the fairways into straw like conditions. Greens are good traps are a mess., If you book on golf now deal is ok.
Rough shape
Course is very dry and fairways are hard and dry. Course maintenance is poor- there are a number of bunkers with weeds and debris in them that make some impossible to hit out of.

Enjoyed our round, greens in good condition despite dry weather. Overall good day of golf!
Break out the water and the Marshalls
Need water on the fairways…..sandtraps need sand…..marshalls need to marshall as pace of play is sliw
Great bang for your buck
Second time I've played Heritage Hills and I loved it both times! Front 9 is pretty typical but the back is where the fun starts. Enjoy!
