Heritage Hills Golf Club
About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

This was a really fun course and everyone I met out there were super friendly ill be definitely coming back
One of my fav's
Always a go to for me. Went on a long weekend so pace was a lot slower then usual. Course was in good shape. Recommend to everyone, great value for what you get.
Can't Wait to Play Again
Despite only opening two days ago, the course was in absolutely incredible conditions. Nice challenge. Great price.
Nice enough course but....
I wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone during covid, but after Covid I would. We booked as a twosome and when approaching the 1st tee box was told we were becoming a foursome with two guys from Brampton—- one of the hotspots for covid. :( not given a choice and had already paid so we were cautious during the round but it still bugged me. My partner is immunocompromised so it stressed me out the whole time and definitely took away from the experience
As well, it might be because it’s early in the season but there were no directional signs pointing to the next tees and several spots where we didn’t know where to go because there were 2 tee boxes visible.
Nice day with friendly people
A little cold and windy but had a great day in a foursome with the owners wife. Nice course and good company. Give it a try
Perfect end to the season
November surprised us with good weather and we responded with golf! Today was the end of the very welcome reprise from winter coming and we celebrated with curling in the morning (Stroud Curling Club) and 9 holes in the afternoon at Heritage Hills.
A great course to end our season on! Seems very upscale for its price and the front 9 is a lovely forest course carved up and down hills.
Got too late and cold to do the back 9, but we will definitely be back next year for the full experience!
Always Good
Heritage Hills is a nice course that continues to improve.
Large , high quality putting surfaces, with good sized landing areas in the. fairways make it playable for wide range of players.
A few wet spots in the woodland portion, but overall very good playing conditions throughout.
Friendly staff, plus a reasonable practice /warm up area all at a fair price ($60 on a shared cart) round out an always enjoyable visit to the Hills.
Play there several times a season...and it’s always good.
Keep up the good work !
Fun Day
