Club at Bond Head - North

Played the north course, get a free small bucket of balls (crappy balls) and get to use the range from matts only and can't even put a tee into the ground properly. Course looks like its not been looked after at all, tee blocks very poor, signage for holes and distances are non existent. NO ball washers at all not even 1 on 18 holes. 1 cart girls for 2 full courses. Sand traps should be called cement waste areas as the grounds team looks like they are not stepping foot in them this year. Course play was extremely slow waiting for around 15mins on each tee block and second shot from the fairway.

Would not recommend this course at all. Very disappointed.

Having played BondHead before it has been in much better shape. I remember greens that were kept well along with very good course conditions. Went over the weekend and was disappointed like never before. The greens on the North course on some holes were terrible! Large patches of dead grass on many holes made putting not what it should be. Bunkers were not well outlined. Many had weeds growing in them. Some bunkers were so covered in weeds they became impossible to hit from and unplayable lies ensued. Never going back until they take better care of the course.

Teed off at 8:45am on the north course. No Marshall to manage the extremely slow groups. We waited for two groups on every hole.

Course layout is like super Mario golf. Many blind shots and elevated greens.

The south course is great but the north not so much.

Tons of ground in repair. For the $125 I paid, I feel I did not get my money’s worth.

Two groups in front of us missed the second hole and played a different hole instead then realized and went back to the second causing a huge delay for the 2nd tee for the rest of the round. No Marshall. Tried calling the pro shop and got no answers.

Great course for a true golfer. Greens were in a bit roughy shape. A lot of black dead patches. Didn’t see a cart girl and was a warm day. Would have been nice to have been able to grab a beverage. Other then that we had a good day.

there was no sand in some of the bunkers and they were like hard pan earth. Some were overgrown with weeds .

Tough and unforgiving a times. A real chest. Great value for the money. Unfortunately course was a little dried out in parts

I really enjoy the layout of this course and generally it was in good shape. But the “bunkers” were as brutal as all the previous reviews suggested.

Some bunkers around the greens were great, but the bunker right beside the great one was horrendous. Boulders that weigh 75 pounds were in some.

Was an unreal experience best course I’ve been to yet. Lots of uphill battles lots of space so you don’t lose many balls. A couple of the bunkers weren’t taken care of but that was my only complaint and I stayed away from them. It is a challenging course but unreal scenery. Definitely a spot to try out.

Way too much money for a course in this condition. Bunkers & Greens have been neglected. At one point I lost my ball in the bunker.. I couldn’t find it… yet it was in there under some weeds! Stay away go play somewhere else.
