Greener than expected, used golf now hooked up with a nice single golfer to make 3 . Fast pace. Golf was challenging and fun
Nice Sunday Round
We have played the course before.
So we knew what to expect. With the dry conditions we were surprised the course was in such good shape.
Some brown but not much. Kudos to the grounds staff.
The check in was fast and easy.
The young ladies were great.
Only small issue was pace of play. Twosomes on the course, backed things up on the front 9. Some were only playing 9 holes so it moved very nicely on the back.
A really good challenge. We will be back. Thank you.
Will play again!
Our first time playing Woodlands. Was pleasantly surprised. Despite the lack of rain for the last few weeks the course was in pretty good shape. Tee boxes and greens were well maintained. Some dry spots on the fairways - as expected for this time of year.
Would be great if there were fewer bugs.
The course conditions were satisfactory, especially considering the recent weather. The greens were in excellent condition, and I particularly enjoyed the course layout. However, I found it perplexing that it took over five hours to complete the eighteen holes. While there were four groups behind me and two groups ahead, the marshal seemed more focused on cart path etiquette than addressing the slow pace of play.
Great course
This is a challenging and scenic course .one of my favorites. Cart paths are a bit rough...
Great value
The course is scenic and it was in excellent condition. Its an hours drive for me, but we are going back.
The greens were in great shape
Enjoy playing here , course was in good shape overall , played in 3 hours ( 2 players ) will definitely play here again .
Fun day of golf
We enjoyed playing the course, however next time we will bring bug spray. The gnats were plentiful and we could have gone without them in our faces while putting etc.
A few of the tee boxes need some work but greens and fairways were in really good shape. We will play there again.
Great experience
Great links course. Half hour drive from Grand Bend where we were vacationing. Great staff, course was in great condition and pace was perfect.
One thing I’d recommend, bring bug spray.
