nice but slow
pace is very slow only 9 holes not worth playing same nine twice
Nice course
I like the course, good shape and solid design. The turn around after our front nine was a little rough. We had to wait 20 min and the snack bar was closed.
Great Experience!
For a nine hole, it is challenging with some outstanding holes! Greens were in great shape, good practice area. Excellent price options!
Beautiful and challenging 9 hole course that plays like an 18.
The two tee boxes set up nicely to give completely different looks for each hole. The course has elevation changes and sand/water challenges that make it a pleasure to play. The forward tees are less challenging, but there's still some deep rough and challenge even for those tees. The staff is great and the pace of play can be a little slow at times due to some tight holes. It is a fun test of golf.
Great course
Friendly, welcoming staff. Course is great condition as always. Pace of play was good and better than most places. Love playing here
Thunder?
The course was quite good, greens in very good condition. However, due to light rain and much thunder we stopped after 12 holes. We felt some compensation would have been appropriate, from a safety perspective! Perhaps a 9 hole credit?
beginners course
wide open fairways, little rough, and short length makes for an ideal outing for beginners.
Good Value, great admin staff.
Good value course, alternate tee boxes help make the second nine slightly different from the first. Nice rolling hills and vistas. Typical mid Ontario golf course, definitely worth playing for a cost conscious golfer.
HIDDEN GEM
This 9 hole course with two sets of tees to make it 18 is well worth the trip to Erin.
Golf course is very nice, long enough for even good players (6,200 from yellow tees) - club house is poor at best - not a place for business golf.
Played twice within the last week it was such a good lay-out.
Really nice course
This is a really nice 9 holes that plays like 18 due to 2 separate tee boxes. The layout is very well designed and in very good shape tee to green, especially the many sculptured sand traps throughout the course. A must play next summer.
Look out for good deals
I discovered this course a little bit too late but it is one of the best 9 holes courses around my area. The fairway and greens are well maintained.
Uneven Tee Boxes
Many positives at this scenic 9 hole track. Green side bunkers offered challenges in front of hid away pin placements. Friendly service and great value on my windy, rainy day of play. The biggest issue was the sloping left to right tee blocks on 6 of the 9 holes. Likely will not return despite all of the positives.
18 tees, 9 greens
The conditions were good outside of the greens. They were unfortunately aerated and sand covered but was not mentioned when booking with golf now.
We had to wait 1/2 hour at 10th hole due to it being a 9 hole course.
Staff was less than friendly and rather gruff, except for snack bar lady.
Great 9 hole course playing like a 18 hole course
The 2 different tee blocks really do make this 9 hole course play more like an 18 hole course. The only issue I had was the poor quality sand in the bunkers. The course is challenging without being difficult.
fun course
This course is a lot of fun to play. There are difficult holes which challenge you to make par and easier holes for birdie opportunities. The clubhouse is in need of work. The township should allow Golf North to build the other nine especially since they already have the land. The course is very enjoyable and I would recommend players give this hidden gem a try.
Great value for money
Can't beat the value for money booking this course through Golf Now. Course was in great shape considering the recent bad weather and always enjoy playing this course. 9 hole course but they have done a good job giving 2 different looks with the alternate tee blocks for the second nine. Pace of play was also good. Finished 18 holes in 4 hours 15 mins
Calerin in the rain
We had a great time as a two some playing on a day when there was some rain and a bit of overcast sky. There was a group of 12 ahead of us and we were able to take our time and really enjoy ourselves. The course was in great shape and very well thought out. Good shots were rewarded with good scores. We were made to pay for bad shots but we knew we were being penalized for being bad, not because the course was out to punish us. We like the idea of buckets in the middle of the Clubhouse to collect rain water from the leaking roof. It Keeps the wedding parties at bay and allows us to get on with the real business of playing golf.
quite challenging
quite long with many sand traps and water. Can get into trouble if shot not straight. Always in great shape. Great challenge.
this course good
course took alittle longer than expected. no cart girl that day ( sunday afternoon ) but the course itself is maintained and the marshall very courteous and funny
