Ingersoll Golf and Country Club
About
The classic design of Ingersoll Golf Club appeals to both avid and casual golfers. The layout is a good mix of holes, tricky doglegs as well as straightaways like the par-5 ninth, which is possible to reach in two. Mature trees line most of the holes and there is the occasional multi-tiered green to watch out for. Water makes an occasional appearance but the far more worrisome element of the round is the strategic bunkering that protects the greens. Ingersroll Golf Club's signature hole is the par-4 third. It features a small elevated green but it is doable with two good shots. The golf course ends with one of its toughest holes, a par 4 whose green is heavily protected on both sides by bunkers.

Great day at Ingersoll Golf Course
We booked the course on the Tee Off for a great deal.
My husband and I have played it before but not our friends. They enjoyed their first time for sure.
Beautiful day on the course. Great meal in the dining room.
Great but
The pace of play was a concern to start til we by passed a foursome on pace for a 5 hour . Greens were inconsistent in pace, with some needing to be cut. May have sanded them as various greens were sandy.
Nice course; shame about the fussy staff
Tough summer's golf with chunky rough, but a well-presented course. However, was disappointed at the turn when a member of my fourball was told we were three holes behind and had to pick it up. At this point we had played 2 hours and 10 minutes, about average for a fourball, and pretty good going for our first time around. I've golfed all my life, practice "ready-golf" and don't need officious club people in my face, especially having parted with my hard-earned cash. It does not make for a relaxing experience and I would be reluctant to recommend this otherwise well-presented course as a result.
Good bang for your buck
Can't beat the price. Got a special on line, $50 with a cart. Course was in good condition and a lot of the greens are challenging (anything but flat). Only complaint is the bunker sand is hard, need fresh sand. Over all it was a very good and definitely will return.
Great value and great staff!
For such cheap green fees, the course is kept in fantastic shape! Their staff are incredible as well. Shout out to Jackie who demonstrated amazing customer service and is one the many reasons I’ll be going back! Thanks Jackie!
