About
The three nine-hole courses at Oak Gables Golf Club are each named after trees that can be found blanketing the gently rolling hills. Though the landscapes are similar, the Oak, Maple, and Pine Courses each manage to offer something a little different but they are all player friendly enough to be enjoyed by a wide range of skill levels. The Maple Course is touted as “the pride of Oak Gables,” but the Oak Course offers just as challenging a round. The golf course opens with its toughest hole, a lengthy par 5 that is routed around and over a large pond on the left. There is also a creek that cuts right across the fairway. The six par 3s are a unique feature of the layout, ranging in length from 125 yards up to 188. It’s a golf course that will test your skills in a variety of different ways.

Great Walk
Love oak gables it's a great course to walk and actually 3 courses in one .. it's not too long at all either. well maintained . seems like they filled all the sand bunckers with grass not a negative but if you're looking for sand ((who is)) you won't find it here.
Greens are in bad shape
For the price you are paying to play here, the greens are not well kept. It is just joke of a upkeep. I have played here before and they don't seem to care about the course.
Should have had offered water and beverages on the course (such a hot day)- very few shaded places to wait (need more shaded benches at the t-offs) - holes are too close together 3 x 9 hole course is too much for that space) - several close misses by people onto our fairway from another hole
Great location
We enjoyed ourl round here ! The player dispersion was excellent and we were able to play our round without waiting at the tee or be waited on. Course length was good for my group who have only started playing a couple years ago.
pace of play was great
Course was in good condition, greens rolling a little slow because of light rain. 17 of 18 greens were good. Only 1 green needed repair around one part of the edge. Staff was Friendly and stop work as you approached tee boxes.

Had a great day!! Course played well. I have limited experience as I am just learning but I really enjoyed the course. Conditions were good, greens played well. Would definitely play again!!
