I only play when I can get a decent time on TeeOff. What you pay on TeeOff is what the regular price should be. Worst greens I’ve seen on a golf course, no difference between rough and fairways. Only thing is it’s a stones throw from my house. And you can walk it in less than 3 hours provided you don’t get held up.
Great value place…
For the price of a large basket of golf balls, I decided I’d rather play some golf. Checked out Golf Now and found a hot deal for $17.99 around 4pm for 18 walking. I’m very familiar with OG-GC, three 9’s with relatively small greens. Great for getting my 10k walking steps and working my short game.
It’s an easy walking course with a good mix of holes. Not very long but great value for your money. Good place for beginners. Greens aren’t in the best shape but I wasn’t playing for fast greens. It’s fun trying to drive the par 4’s which range around 240-260.
They have a driving range and decent putting green.
Overall, I’d say 3.5 out of 5 stars
Dismal
Course layout is cute if you want to work on your iron game, and has potential if they pit any effort at all into maintainance.
conditions were dismal, Greens were horrendous and most fairways were almost unplayable.
Putting over ant hills on the greens were beyond ridiculous
wont be back
Overpriced and poor course conditions
Charged $30 for cart alone for a single! Round before discounts was $45. (I had to use some GN credits but my playing companions were not as fortunate.) . A par 3 - 3x9 hole layout short track = approx 4200 yds (Pine - Maple courses-NOT worth $75! Greens were virtually unputtable - no obstructions overhead, i. e., tree limbs/foliage-just poor maintenance . I had to hunt down the starter driving around another fairway to get instructions as to where to tee off. She was unfriendly and Very disorganized. Pace of play was agonizing slow as only 2 of 3 courses running at time of tee off, but they still pumped out more golfers from the clubhouse nonetheless. Most overpriced carts in the region! I know this as I play most of the local tracks. Sorry guys, not worth the money vs. all the local competitors locally with longer tracks, better course conditions and average to good pace of play. Played here before but pricing and conditions have deteriorated over past 2 years IMO.
We will not be returning.
Poor greens,tee boxes and bridges
Overall course is in poor shape, greens, tee boxes and bridges in rough shape . Hazards all removed and filled which gives no challenge to the course .One bridge was completely out and one green was in middle of fairway. Half the greens were completely not puttable. Ok course for a short game
Its still golf
Poor course conditions especially the slow bumpy greens. Played in under 3 hours ( course is only 4200 yards for Pine and Oaks nines). Still fun with some sttrong hole designs. Par of 65 means lots of par 3's ranging from 116 yards to 192 yds.
