Course is in superb condition
Landings is our home course. The overall quality is excellent. The grounds crew kept the course in pristine condition during the covid shut down. Staff are friendly, welcoming and well trained to look after all golfers as per covid protocols now that we're back playing.
Playabilty and Pace
Course is very busy and many of the players are beginners and not skilled enough to be on a golf course. Example the couple we were paired with, the wife would swing 15 times and not hit the ball. This really affects the pace of play. You can add 40 minutes to the recommended time to play a round. Tees are in terrible condition. Especially the par threes. The tees are not flat and not big enough for the amount of traffic this course sees. Greens have not fully recovered from aeration in the fall. They need to be rolled to improve playability.
First day out
Rainy day, wet course and rusty skills but great to be back.

As we were starting off on the first hole, the golf staff noticed we were only two but had paid for four and he came over to tell me to call tomorrow for a refund for the missing two people. We had a great day, everything about the course was excellent.

Great course for testing short game.
If I were to comment on one thing it would be that there should be more direction between holes 17 and 18. The course needs to post a large sign with instruction on where to go after teeing off on the 17th.
Other than that greens were rolling true and the fairways are pretty well maintained.
Move tee makers and pins more often
The staff needs to move the tee markers and pins more often. The course gets a lot of traffic. Alt least every second day. Some of the tees are in horrible condition and due to the volume of rounds being played need to loamed every day. Also many tees are not flat and need to be leveled.
Terrible
Unfriendly staff and the owner / pro thinks he's better than everyone else. Course layout was very ordinary and the conditions were nothing special. Would rather go play Garrison. Garrison is a real golf course and it's the same price as this little executive.
