Landings Golf Course

Great round of golf, nice greens, friendly helpful staff.

Everything about The Landings is wonderful. The staff are great, the course is just challenging enough without being to hard and we always have a great time.

With so little rain, my expectations were low. Tees and greens were excellent. Greens were almost too soft. Normally not a problem but there arnt enough people that fix their ballives marks. Help the course out people. Good experience. Would go again. Come on rain God's. Help out.

A great little course that takes little time to complete. We had no delays, staff very friendly, and a good round of golf.

I've played the Landings six times in the last month or so as it is less than five minutes from home. I've played by myself a few times and taken my teenage kids once and played with my Girlfried another time.

The course is not difficult to play, which is perfect for beginners or occasional golfers, but that being said, is still fun enough for an experienced player. The fairways and greens are kept in very good shape. The greens roll true and depending on the pin placements can be tricky. The greens really hold and it is possible to spin your ball back off the green quite easily, so shoot for the pin if you are that type of player.

All in all I recommend this course to any type of player, however I would be hesitant to pay full price for a round.

Course in good condition. Maintained nicely and the rough is a good length to not lose your ball. Website needs a scorecard so you can see length of holes. There are a mix of 3's & 4's great for junior golfers.

Course is in good shape. Pace of play was a bit slow but overall can't complain by getting in 18 holes in just over three hours. Great course to work on your short game or to get out for a quick round.

Nice, challenging mainly par 3 course. Course is in excellent condition and greens are fast and challenging.

A nice short course nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario adds just enough of a breeze to make some holes very tricky! Undulating and very quick greens make for some adventures on putts! Overall a very fun course and good experience!

was labeled a 18 hole course. its was not. it was a executive course. was not happy

If you want to spend a relaxing three hours and hit lots of wedges on a well conditioned executive golf course, The Landings is the place to go. With nine par 4s and 9 par 3s, you will get the opportunity to stretch out a little, hitting as many as nine drivers, if you wish. Although most of the 4s are quite short, they are well laid out and fun to play. The course is in excellent condition and the greens are very nice, with some undulation. This is an excellent course for juniors, women and seniors. It is also a good location for the better player to work on his or her game. This course is situated just off the shores of Lake Ontario. With strong lake breezes, open fairways and design, this course gives you a feeling of links golf, with parkland conditions. The management staff does a great job and I highly recommend this course if you simply do not have the time or energy to play a 6500 to 7000 yard layout.

Beautiful course. Not too much trouble to be found. Water only comes into play on two holes which shouldn't be an issue. If you are to find trouble it would be on the greens. Very fast and undulating. Overall, I would play this course again.

Very good course to get a quick nine or 18 and to definitely practice your iron game!

Good value. Short par 63 open layout, but with some challenging holes. Greens were in great shape.

A great course to play ;not hard for good golfers but challenging for some.

Other than the young gal at the Pro Shop check-in (who seemed perplexed by the Golf Now coupon and consequently players got backed up) everything else was fine. Course in good condition (as most courses should be this damp summer). Easy to walk (pretty flat) and a bonus is the plane-spotting from being beside the airport.We just wanted a bit of exercise and a quick game, so location offered that much. Not much interest for a serious round of golf, and no scenery whatsoever. Lacks shade.

Close to the Kingston Airport this course is perfect for quick rounds. More of an executive course it allows you to focus on iron play than driver.
