About
Lindsay Golf & Country Club is touted as being one of the best in the area due to its interesting design and immaculate conditions. It is also popular for its reasonable rates. The architect, Graham Cooke, designed a layout that seamlessly blends parkland holes with traditional links. The golf course features rolling fairways and small, fast greens that demand accuracy. There are several sand traps strategically placed around the greens and water comes into play on half of the holes in the form of small and large ponds. Five sets of tees allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the course. Lindsey Golf & Country Club also has a practice facility and pro shop.

Very slow play. They don't match up twosomes which slows it down more.
Had to quit after 13 holes as it took us 3 1/2 hrs to do 13 holes and we were whipped after all the waiting on every hole. I asked in the proshop after (just after 3pm) if Thurs was their busy day (since it was today) and he said "I hope every day is busy". He wouldn't answer me. I asked if there were any tournaments next Tue, since I had previously booked it and he said, "well, the men don't have one". When I told him it such a long wait today, he said he could cancel my t-time for Tues. and that I got a good rate. Definately not customer friendly. A couple of guys were in the proshop before me and I caught the tailend and I guess they complained too.
Great day and the course was in greatcondition
Fairways are in great condition and the green were running fast
It is very walkable but sufficiently challenging. Greens were in great shape.
They have made the most of this course. It is well treed with some moguls and water hazards well placed.
We walked the course and it is quite comfortable as the hills are very manageable.
This is the second time we have played this course and will play again. The greens are sufficiently fast to make it a challenge with subtle slopes on most greens. The traps are well placed and challenging.

great layout with challenging holes.
greens were in great shape but a little slow - (8 stimp).
Thick rough around the greens added to the challenge.
Good sand in the bunkers.
Refer to the layout before teeing off as there are hazzards, water, OB etc. that can't be seen from the tee blocks.

Love this course. Have played several times and always enjoyed the round. Driving range too.
Great value for green fees. Have been very lucky every time out with minimal wait times between holes. Very well maintained. Will definitely keep playing here.
Course allows for a relaxing round of golfs.
Greens rolled true and there is ample landing areas for tee shots. Played in less than 4 hours.

pleasurable to play
I would recommend this course to any avid golfer,most holes require accuracy off the tee and approach shots if good are rewarded. The greens had been arreated so some putts were bumpy.
Great value.
Always like to play Lindsay. There's not really any elevation change so they have strategically inserted hazards to make up for it. The course plays long and some holes are quite narrow which keeps you on your toes. Overall the course was in great shape. Also a great practica area.
A bit difficult but very playable
booked thru Golfnow played as a twosome - after 6 holes the foursome ahead let us play thru which was nice otherwise it would have take a lot longer. Would come back again
Great Price, but beware you are getting what you pay for.
Course is in rough shape. Greens poor, tee boxes need to be redone and I don't think they have proper irrigation as its dry. Golf carts in dire need of replacing. Is it a great course to go out and spend $25 and practice your game? Yes. But don't think about taking a friend or client as its second rate.
Great value
What a fun course to play. Some challenging holes, some easier holes. Played as a single and was done in just over 3 hours. Course is extremely walkable. I will be going back and making my buddies drive out here to play this gem.
Great conditions for a 10yr old course and good value
This course has a creek meandering through and it requires you to place your shot for an approach depending on your skill level when faced with the creek. Flat enough to be walkable and some wooded areas challenge you as well as water.
Fairways are cut tight making your iron play a challenge.
Very challenging course is enjoyable to play.
Nice clubhouse to stay and enjoy a meal.
some really long holes on back nine. course well maintained.
Everyone very friendly even though we were golf now people. some courses talk to golf now customers like oh its those people! but good challenging course, will come back!!
