Good day of golf
Course was far better than most public courses in and around Ottawa.
Average Course
Average course and needs work. It was kind of weird because it's almost like playing 2 different courses. All the holes on one side of the trail are well maintained for the most part. The holes on the other side of the trail close to the clubhouse are not good at all. All greens were in good shape. Fairways need a lot of work. They are very patchy and blend in with the rough. Most are like hard mud with some grass. Tee boxes also in rough shape. This course has potential but needs some TLC. The layout is okay with par 3's back to back on both 9's. Not sure I'd recommend and would only go back if I couldn't get a tee time on another course.

Great course to play
We drive 40 minutes to play this course as the staff are very friendly and the course is always in good shape.
Fun Track! Fast pace of play.
If you keep the ball in play, you can play quickly here. Greens were fast and the fairways in great shape. The staff were friendly and the beer cart was out until mid afternoon.
This course has some of the best nature in the area. there's water on 9 of the 18 holes and I like that it's hard to put your ball on another fairway because the woods are so thick. The best time to play this course is in the spring or fall, if you play here during the summer it will feel like you're hitting a ball on concrete, that's how brown the fairways get. This course is not typically busy which I find enjoyable, however the customer service is meh at best.
It’s a great course for many reasons
But for me, the friendliness and helpful staff really set the tone for a good game. Well kept course, Covid protection is great and safe and overall always a great experience.
Having Fun
Good to get out and avoid Covid 19.. Course played well.Plastic divider in cart from second passenger for protection. Easy to register and did not have to enter building.Reception right at door.Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the day.
