Great Value
It had been several years since I`d played here, and I`m not sure why. Chippewa is great value for the money. Greens are average speed, but very smooth, and true. Layout is interesting, but fairly forgiving. A few green-side bunkers need some attention, they were more like waste areas because they had such little sand, but the overall conditions were very respectable.
Poor rating for the F&B because I held off going into the clubhouse between 9`s for a sandwich, or hotdog, preferring to keep moving and give the business to the snack cart girl. She came by on the 11th hole and had nothing but chips and chocolate bars. The course was extremely busy so there is no excuse not to have the cart well stocked - she made no offer to go stock up and come back.

Excellent round
Staff were super friendly and the rate of play was really fast (18 holes in 4 hours). One hole had maintenance working on it but he moved out of the way when we went to tee off. All the tee boxes were in good conditions. Some narrow fairways make the course fun. Definitely one of my favourites in the area
Great value
For the price I paid I was very happy with the course conditions and the facilities offered.
The course design is interesting, good variety of holes ( no succession of side by side long narrow holes ).
However I didn't see any beverage cart or marshal on the course that day.
Great bang for your buck!
I have played GE to RF here twice. Both times the price was right, course was in fantastic condition, and pace of play was reasonably fast. I would definitely recommend Chippewa to people looking for a good course for a good price.

Great Day at Chippewa
Went to Chippewa with a foursome and had a great time. Staff was friendly and course was in awesome shape. Probably the best greens I've played on this year. Will definitely be back.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great weather and pace of play was fantastic (3.5hrs)!!! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great conditions
The course was in great shape today coinciding with the weather. A few groups ahead of us but play was still moving well. Staff is very friendly, knowledgable and welcoming, I will definitely be back soon!
Offers fantastic value
Great value for this course. Would recommend to anyone and will be a returning player. Best value for a course in the Hamilton area.
Disappointed
The Marshall on two occasions stopped us and asked us to speed up our pace of play.
There was nobody behind us.
We found this to be very unprofessional and based on this experience, we will not be back for another round.
Greens in great shape
They were fast. You pick a line it would stay on it. No bumps and lumps. Best I have seen on this course Enjoyed my round

I really like this course. It is a good challenge and is well kept. The staff a very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend playing here.
good variety but slow play
nice variety of elevations etc with excellent conditions. However play on the first nine was too slow; waiting on every hole and on the second nine a threesome snuck in between the fourth and fifth hole and held us up the rest of the nine. Course needs better marshalling.
Many great challenges for high or low handicapers.
My brother-in-law and I have played this course several times over the last 10-12 years. We also play at other courses in the area but, we seem to enjoy coming back to Chippewa Creek. There are some challenging holes on each of the 9-hole courses whether it be water, trees or the dreaded thick golf ball sucking rough.
