Rough greens
I booked on golf now for the $56 deposit and they charge me full price when I got there even though I already paid $56 deposit because it wasn’t on their website
Disappointed
Understanding this is end of season, the course was already undergoing heavy maintenance - new irrigation system, back tee blocks were all closed down, greens were in rough shape. Guy behind the counter was not friendly (maybe having a bad day?) Course playing much shorter then normal. Quick round at 3.5 hrs, but again this was due to tees being moved up. Course is good to practice your irons. Will only be back to use the driving range, although southbrook is better both range and Course.
Under construction
The redoing that irrigation system so there’s holes everywhere flags everywhere. The greens are like the lunar surface
Poor green.
As I mentioned before, the condition of the greens at this golf course is really poor. It urgently needs better maintenance, and putting here is almost pointless. If you ignore the putting and focus only on practicing iron shots, it’s not too bad. The good thing is that the price is reasonable.
Poor greens
I recently played at southern pine golf and overall, I had a great time. The course layout is fantastic, with several long-distance par 3 holes that are perfect for practicing long irons. However, the greens were in poor condition and definitely need some repair work. Despite the rough greens, I still enjoyed the challenge the course offered. With some improvements, this could easily become a top-notch spot for golf enthusiasts!
Good course to practice your short game.
Had a good time. Friendly. Greens not in very good condition at this time of year. Other that that. Had a good time.
Greens were way to long. Un-puttable. Hard to keep score when greens dont run true and 3 putts are consistent. Everyone then agrees on automatic 2-putts. Which takes away a good chunk of competition.
Great for everyone!
Short range for most holes perfect for beginners, ladies, youth & everyone in between. The course was in decent condition though I feel like it could use some TLC, especially the tee boxes.
Nice easy beginners course
Like I said a nice easy course if you’re just starting out or feel like a lazy game, good for using irons.
Im FED UP WITH HIGH CART PRICES AND WE GET CHARGED PER PERSON WHEN IT SHOULD BE A CHARGE FOR Just THE CART..
Need to try again
I didn't know what to expect being my first time at this course. A lot of longer par 3's around the 200 yard mark. Difficult for me to reach in one, just out of my iron range. Next time I will play a little different next time.
Unfortunately the greens in the front were rough and bumpy. I do believe this cost be a strike or two.
That being said not my best round this year. I will play again.
