About
Willow Valley Golf Course has a unique layout that combines the best elements of both links and dunes golf. Each hole was carefully designed to test your course-management skills and overall abilities, though accurate shot-making and ball placement are more of a priority than length in scoring well. There are many challenges throughout the golf course including deep rough, expansive wetlands, eight ponds, and sloped greens that are often tiered. The rolling landscape provides dramatic elevation changes that cause tricky, uneven lies and there are also well placed bunkers bordering the greens and fairways. Although it is a tough course, generous fairways and multiple tee boxes allow players of all skill levels to enjoy Willow Valley Golf Course.

Always fun to play
Great design with lots of target holes and two tier greens
Great price for fall golf
Played this course in mid-October. As you may expect at this time of year, the course was not in prefect shape, but nevertheless was very playable. The greens had recently been aerated, and the fairways appeared not have been mowed in a few days, but otherwise the course was in it's normal state of affairs. I have played here mid-summer and it was a truly excellent experience. A bit pricey at full rate, but a technically challenging, risk-vs-reward beauty.
Good course
Course was well maintained, pace of play was not bad for a weekend round. They are a little pricey on the weekends but overall a decent round of golf close to home.
what happened to the greens?
This has been a long time favorite of mine, but something has attacked the greens, they are badly pock-marked, and just not in good shape. Otherwise the course is well maintained
