Hawk Ridge Golf and Country Club - Meadow Nest
About
The Meadow Nest Course is one of two 18-hole courses at Hawk Ridge Golf & Country Club. The club also offer an executive, nine-hole course. Meadow Nest is the longer and tighter of the two courses. Silver Creek meanders through 10 of the 18 holes. The golf course features rolling, bent grass fairways an abundance of water hazards throughout. The back nine is covered in mature trees and numerous bunkers, making accuracy a priority in scoring well. Two notable holes on the course are the 10th and 12th, which share a unique double green. The golf course is challenging, but four tee decks allow golfers to adjust the game to their abilities.

Nice course
Unfortunately golf now purchase no longer includes a cart.
Course is in good shape, greens are good, bunkers need some work though could use so new ssnd but overall the course is in good shape
Great Day
The course was better than last year when they only had temp greens. Greens were slow so good for me. The pro shop didn't have our reservation from Golf Now even though I called it in not booking it online. They fit us in and let us play anyways. The staff is always great there. The Golf Now tee times show walking but the one we got was with a cart. Golf Now needs to get their listings correct They are losing bookings.
Missed my round
While I enjoy this course, I missed my round. I woke up with a mild fever and overall feeling of illness. Given the current climate, I thought it best to not play. I tried to re book the round but because it was a hot deal it was out of the question. An unfortunate way to lose $110.00 but it is what it is I guess.
Going down hill
This course is in bad shape right now. Nothing us cut and greens are insane slow. I think it will get better but it needs some work and some money put into it. Always great layout and potential is there.
Great value
Friendly staff and starter, pace of play is very good. Challenging for intermediate player but rewarding.
Golf now price was excellent for the value and quality of the course.
Will return again.
Heck of a Batch at Hawk Ridge
We golfed 9 holes to kick off my good friends Bachelor party. It was a perfect day for a round and the course was in great shape. We were kept well hydrated by the beer cart and the pro shop. We all rented carts. These were in great shape and easy to drive. Made for a fantastic start to our weekend. Friendly staff, well maintained course and great location for a getaway.
The coarse was very disjointed as far as the layout.
The coarse had more par 3s then I like and the sand traps were lacking sand.
Do not think I will play it again
The new greens have grown in but are pretty slow and bumpy right now, i think they will be great next summer when they start cutting them shorter, overall the course is in good shape
Fantastic Day
Had a great day. Course is long and challenging but lots of fun to play. The layout is easy to follow with excellent fairways and well manicured greens. They were aerating the tee boxes but we were advised prior to starting and given the opportunity to play their other course. Highly recommend Hawk Ridge as a place to enjoy a round of golf.
Always a pleasure
Rained last night, the course was wet as to be expected but in much better shape than we anticipated. Started let us our early and due to the weather we were finished in 3 hrs since it was quiet.
Marshall and golf lady with drinks were around regularly.
Very friendly staff and always an enjoyable round. Nice sale with 60% off clothing. My wife picked up an under Armour shirt for 20 dollars. We will certainly be back.
Great course
Meadows Neat is always a great course to play. Unfortunately they had just aerated the fairways which was a bit frustrating but otherwise an excellent round!!!
A nice course layout with some tough holes.
Worth the money.. new owners need to let the staff run the course the way a course should be. They are too meddling and tend to cheapen out on bar and restaurant staff.
This will hurt them if this continues.
