Pace of play
The pace of play approached 5 hours, and yet we never saw a marshal on the course moving okay along. On the 10th tee, a twosome was squeezed in between the group in front of us and the group in front of them, exacerbating the slow pace of play. Didn’t seem there was any concern, and groups were allowed to book tee times too close together. Makes it difficult to want to play there again, as there are many other options in the area.
Niagara National GC aka The Nash
Off first walking and pace for us was smokin fast 18 in 2:45 so we were lucky. Not sure what pace is like later but from what we could see everyone was moving along fine.
Price point excellent. Don’t compare the course to Hamilton or St George’s because you’re not paying $100,000.00 initiation. For what we paid this is a wonderful track and the fairways and greens were in nice shape. Rough enough to keep you honest. Bunkers little washed out, but in all fairness they got a lot of rain the night before.
Course moves nice - generous landing areas - some nice oar 3’s and fescue that leaves you thinking, ball or tick!!! So much for the ball.
The staff outstanding and friendly and very clean pro shop offering a good selection of what ever you need.
Good selection of food items and love the practice warmup hole nicely manicured to get you ready for your round.
Driving range. Putting & chipping area. Lots of parking.
Overall wonderful experience and we’d definitely return to enjoy the NNGC hospitality in the future
Cheers

Had a good day unfortunately our cart quit on us on the 12th hole just after we had played through a 4 some new golfers..
Slow pace of play
I was disappointed with the goose droppings on the course. There were a few holes that were covered in droppings. GPS in the cart was too interactive. I don’t need to be answering questions while golfing. Over 5 hour round.
Great place
For the cost this is a great course! People are friendly and the course is challenging but fun.
Pace of play
Arrived on the 1st tee at the booked tee time. 1 group of 2 were just teeing off. There was still another twosome waiting to tee off ahead of us.
Took over 5 hours to play 18. Disappointing.
Bright side was everything else including staff were amazing
Disappointed
Have played here many times in the past, this was the first time this season and was severely disappointed. Brought a friend for the first time and it will be his last for sure. From the moment we were “greeted” we were rushed to get to the tee as the group we were paired with was waiting…however we were 15 mins before our scheduled tee time. Staff was rude and annoyed by us wanting to walk instead of take a cart again telling us we better be able to keep up.
Course wasn’t in great condition, nothing special.
round at Niagara national
the course was in good shape, large fairways, greens in good condition. Long par 5's
I guess you only play speed golf. Too many people want to play as fast as they can. relax. Enjoy the scenery. Over 4.5 hrs playing, then we have an issue.
