Walked 9 holes on my own on a late Saturday afternoon. Greens were still in great shape at the end of the day.

Only issue was that card payments were not accepted due to the system being down, and the on-site ATM had a $10(!) service fee attached.

This was my third time playing here, but since my previous rounds were several years ago, I had forgotten most of the holes. It’s a very popular course among local golfers, and for good reason.

At over 6,500 yards from the white tee, the course was a bit challenging for me. There are quite a few ponds throughout the layout, and on several holes I narrowly avoided finding the water hazards.

The only thing that really drove me nuts was the cart setup. The carts are equipped with GPS, which is very helpful, and they display restricted areas on each hole to help protect the course. However, if you accidentally enter one of those areas, the cart automatically stalls. I had a very difficult time getting mine moving again and ended up wasting almost 10 minutes trying to get out. In my opinion, a warning alarm or notification would be sufficient without completely disabling the cart.

Aside from that frustration, the staff was excellent, and the food was very good. Overall, it was an enjoyable round, and I would definitely come back

Everything was top notch, from the courteous staff to the course conditions and amenities. Several sets of tees that don’t necessarily match the standard colour codes, so if new to the course it’s important to talk to the staff to know which ones are correct for your game!

And also showed us you're in the restricted area & power cart was locked. It made me very nervous.

Even though GPS is great, I wantvto use my own push cart next time only if I want to play here again. Simply because this course is way too far from where I reside.

However it is very good course lay out, grass in the fairway. Green was not too fast or rather little bit slow for me.

I must say Niagara National has the nicest staff I have ever experienced. From the check in to the starters, cart girl, all very friendly, they make golfing here a memorable experience.

The pace of play on Wednesday 9/2 was horrible - we had to wait on every drive and approach shot due to several groups in front of the group immediately ahead. There was no on course marshal working on the problem, so we were left to just stew about it. A simple request to pick up the pace would have gone a long way - besides the constant message on our cart screen reminding us that we were 10-20 minutes behind pace. I don’t mind a slow round if groups are moving along; but if there 3-4 groups on a few holes, it gets pretty old. This seems to be a common occurrence with this course.

Not worth the more than double price.

I should be on payroll for how many ball marks I fixed per green. Average of 6 per green. I have noticed that tourney players know nothing of fixing divots or ball marks.

Course was in great condition, pace of play was great, course and staff were excellent.

I would play this course more often but it is a distant from my Oakville home, but well worth the travel!

Staff were fantastic

Marshall showed up to the group in front of us on the second hole to move the group along.course was in great shape even after we had all that rain.

Course is long from the white tees with some 400+ yd holes, but fairly forgiving on most holes. Lots of water hazards and some very tall grass if you miss the generous fairways.
