Slow Day
5 hours for 18 holes. Group two ahead had 4 sets of clubs and 6 people. Not sure what they are doing. Staff very friendly.
Rain check value is not same as what you can claim at the course
got 18 hole rain check due to bad weather, but can not use that amount to play same course again. because golfnow rate is not honored at the course. means you have to pay extra for same 18 hole(same time frame).
Good course, but others in the area are better value
Excellent course, great improvement from the old Firefighter Course days. But Westview and Bloomington are close by and more or less equal in challenge, quality and those courses are significantly less costly. We usually play the Classic or Challenge courses at Rolling Hills because they are great value.
OK course to play
Few challenging holes, greens are wet in many areas. Playing with dirty balls as there are no cleaning stations, no excuse.
Frank
Very slow play
Probably this is near the end of the season and some courses are already closed so those remained open will be fully booked. Frost delay added to the problem and it took almost five hours to finish 18 holes. The course condition is acceptable at this time of the season and some greens are covered with fallen leaves making putting difficult. Fairways still good n clean except on the sidelines with leaves but roughs are cut short helping a bit to locate the balls. This is not a difficult course n not too long, that’s why different kinds of players in the field n if one group slowed down, the waiting will be long.
SLOW!
Painfully slow round. We were 2 groups deep waiting on tees. Perhaps the marshalls could ask people to speed up or leave.
5+ hour round is ridiculous

40$ carts , dirty course, untrained power tripping staff
I know that sucks but it's a disclaimer on the GolfNow website and not the course's doing.
