Golfer Reviews
Pretty nice course
I played their challenge course for the first time last week and enjoyed it so I came back to try their premium course. I enjoyed my round this time around as well. We started an hour late due to a frost delay. Pace of play was on the slower side but not surprising due to the delay. Course was kept in overall good condition but nothing that blew me away. The nicest maintained parts were probably the bunkers. I walked the course and it's an easy walk, not super hilly. Overall a decent course.
So so course, nothing surprising
The course was in acceptable condition and the autumn leaves did spread around many holes so finding the balls a bit difficult. The rough was cut short which is a plus n help to improve pace as easier to locate the balls. The power cart fee is very high at $26 per person. Probably the highest in GTA area. Check in was quick n smooth n staff very friendly n polite. Fairways n greens are in good condition but several bunkers were very wet, don't know why as no rain recently. Most courses did not pay much attention on tee platform maintainence so hope this can be improved. This will make a big difference.
The price is right!!!
I know this course is very busy with 1 legit 18 and 2 better then Executive style courses, the golf facility plays to all caliber of players and due to the influx of people taking up this very very very difficult sport, please choose the type of course that reflects your ability Seniors Juniors high handicaps cappers Low handicappers, please choose the appropriate courses. I got stuck to a group of seniors who used their golf carts has personal motor scooters, it’s okay to drop off your playing partner at his or her ball and you proceed tto your ball, after you both hit meet in the middle on the way to the green..It shouldn’t take 5 hrs to play a 6400 yard course. Also please please please bend over and fix your ball mark and someone else’s, some of the greens were left with craters, be respectful to the green keepers and others playing behind you.. newbie golfers! google golf etiquette and grasps some knowledge.
All in all great golf facility for the price. Please don’t let it get out of hand with the course conditions, Kudos to the maintenance crew for doing their best!
