Cobble Hills Golf Club

This course is shorter than many but has a fun layout. I have played is course during some long dry spells but have always found the greens and fairways to be lush and in good condition. I found the bunkers were in poor condition this time out and the tee boxes at #s 17 and 18 were in need of maintenance. Where it counts though, the greens and fairways were in great shape.

From the time we arrived we were pleased with what we saw. The course was very green and the layout was quite nice. I am a low handicapper and played from the blue tees. I hit my drives high, so I cut the tree tops on multiple holes where there were doglegs. My wife played the red tees and found the course just the right length. For me it is a little short, but with the water coming into play on several holes and the doglegs kept it challenging. There are a couple of unique holes like the 16th up hill about 75-100 ft and the 17th par 3 from 75 ft up, shooting down to the green. All in all, will play it again when in the London area. Worth the value, hands down.

For the price i paid , I was well pleased. I was by myself and every group that I caught up to , let me play through . I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of the clientele . No issues ...the way i like it .

I quite enjoyed playing this course. It is a little bit longer yardage wise than Merry Hill and for those that want challenges it is a fairly tight course. The trees are nice and mature so you do have to navigate through some narrow openings off the tee. I like that because it was a shorter course I did not feel defeated on the longer par 4 and 5's. I would recommend this course for players of all levels because of the different challenges is has yet the forgiveness for those just learning.

I have about 6 years experience playing an found this course to be friendly but very challenging, My playing partner shot 12 strokes more than me and has 40 years experience . I will definitely be back again

The course and staff were excellent, had a beauty day to top it all off. Unfortunately we had a few experiences that left a sour taste in our mouths. When we made the turn at number 9, a group of four were teeing off on 10 as they were told to play the back nine (from what they told us) - that slowed us down. What also slowed us down was the golf cart breaking down on 16. Obviously unpredictable, but there was no easy way to get a hold of the club house (all numbers went directly to Golf North). This slowed us down and a number of groups around us when we finally jumped back into play.

Good Value for the course. Good steady play ...

A few of the yardages are off but overall well worth it.

A very different layout, lots of doglegs left and tight tee offs. Greens were good.

Interesting layout on the back. hole 16 up the hill is very unique. couple of really fun holes. couple of short par 3's. enough long ones to make it worth it. forgiving course, especially the greens. You won't spend much time looking for your wayward shots. will be back!

Golfnow rates have increased not the deals like they use to be

Very friend staff. The course is fun and does not punish you to badly for a misses shot. Fun for the new player or experience. The long hitter can let the shaft out on a few holes but target golf is required on some holes.

This was the second time we played this course this year. The first time we paid less money and the course was in beautiful shape, so we were disappointed as the grounds and some greens were in less than desirable condition shape. Felt the price should have been much lower.
