Cobble Hills Golf Club

I know that no one can control the weather, but we weren't told till after we booked that they weren't allowing power carts out. As it turned out it was indeed very wet, and that made even walking the course hard. We finished the first 9 by 5:30 and stop to get a beer and cooler, but we're told the bar was. CLOSED. At 5:30 with several groups still behind us. I think the employee just didn't want to go upstairs to the bar.

We have had many great days here and will be back, but this wasn't a good one.

Was very surprised of the condition, and peacefulness of the course.

Certainly would be on my list to return.

Really nice course... golfers let you play through when you are by yourself; some really nice holes, some easy some challenging. Overall worth playing a few times. Greens great!

Cobble used to be one of my favourite courses, but I find it very difficult to find a deal there now. Bring back some good deals and I'm there. I tried to use my Golf Now promos, but apparently you can only use those for Hot Deals.

Also, the golf carts weren't dried off and there were no towels in the cart. There was no one at the course. Should have been able to have the carts all ready to go

This course is well maintained and easy to navigate. LH players will delight in the layout while RH players will need to reign in their slices. 17th and 18th holes were a good way to end the round.

THe front nine is fairly open,the back nine tighter and hilly (ski hills in Winter..NO NOT Rockies but up and down)...tight lines off several holes well protected by pine trees..have to use your head to score well...a decent challenge to the average golfer.

Everything went well on the front 9, however on the back 9 waiting for the groups in front slowed down considerbly. Did not see a marshal to keep play flowing and also no drink cart at all.
Couse was in desent shape, fairways a little dry but overall nice to play on.

Excellent course to play. Challenge for the right hander as the dog legs favour the southpaw.
Great course condition and very scenic, quiet, peaceful.

. It's a nice little course out in the country and is fairly well maintained. Pace of play was quick and staff were friendly. We came here from London because we got a good deal from Golfnow, but to be honest, if I had to pay regular price to play this course I wouldn't make the drive. No complaints, it's a decent course but nothing overly special. Worth playing if you can get a good deal.

This courses always pleases us. It's close to home, friendly, in great shape and provides for a fun afternoon of golf

Course was in good condition. Golf North has turned this course around since the last time I played it a few years ago.

One glitch was they didn't have my tee time in their system I booked it through Golf Now and had to get my email confirmation out to prove that I booked the round.

Wow, had not played this course since 10 years ago.
What a huge improvement in course quality.
Greens were excellent. Overall condition of course has greatly improved. Played in 2 hours 15 mins.
Will go back!

This course used to be in bad shape. It's in good shape now. Hate first hole.

Course is in good condition, except for a couple of greens and the tee box on #17. The course is fairly open and can be forgiving to the less than seasoned golfer. Played 18 with one other person during the week and completed the course in 3 hours. Played the previous Saturday with two or people and it took almost 5 hours with lots of waiting due to several foursomes ahead of us.

I would say this course is great for new or average golfers, and would not be very challenging to the elite golfer. The greens are easy to read, and for the most part the course is forgiving on wayward shots. Some of the really short holes I think pull the rating of this course down, but other than that, a very nice course to play.
