very good experance
The course was in good shape for this time of year. The staff was very friendly and clubhouse and food was very good. It was my first time to play this course but I will play it again soon.
Great golf
Wonderful day, great conditions, course was in great condition. No delays, pace of play was quick.
t-time mgmt could be better
t-times booked during tournaments. there was a lack of carts due to this. Ended up walking 9 and leaving due to not playing to others' speed with carts. GM did offer play on another date.
low scores are there for the taking!
i love this course, always in good shape, doesn't beat you up and if you play well you can post a low score!
Fun layout, fairly open, nice greens
River Plantation is a fairly open course with three nine hole options. The course has a nice practice facility with the free range balls being a nice added perk. The greens are excellent and overall course condition is good. The layout is really a lot of fun. Not super challenging, but very entertaining. RP is definitely worth the trip and I will be back soon.
The course is pretty clean and well trimmed.
The greens are fast and challenging. We enjooyed the wide fairways and great view on the Augusta and Biloxi courses.

great condition, great layout
The course is in great shape. I played the augusta and biloxi 9's. I usually do not play the tips but the course is rather short so I did here and I was still able to reach greens. There are some shots that you have to shape around the trees from the tee box which add some difficulty. Water is in play on over half the holes. I got alot of bite on the greens which made pitch shots very fun and allowed me to be aggressive to the pin. I found a few yardage markers on the first few holes but all holes did have the 100, 150, and 200 markers. I would definitely recommend playing this course and will be returning.
this course is challenging
I would really recommend this course to my friends staff is very friendly and I really appreciate it when they think you for your business I'll be back very soon and bring my friends. The course was a little wet the Greens ran a little slow but it was a great round and I've got to say even the members of the course are very friendly. the course also had a great practice facility with new range balls.

I played this course for the first time a couple of weeks ago. This course is definitely worth checking out. Very nice greens and fairways. Had a blast and will be coming back.
Tree lined beauty, great greens
Super staff, very friendly and accommodating. Tree lined course requires accuracy off the tee. Greens were smooth and quick. Definitely going back!
River Plantation
Either an off day, or a tough course. Probably the former. Course is well maintained. Setting is a rather dated neighborhood. There are a couple of cement drainage canals that come into play, which detract from the otherwise scenic beauty of the tree lined fairways.
Quite an enjoyable afternoon
A well-maintained course. I wasn't sure of pin placements as all flags were pink...a minimal inconvenience but good to see the cancer awareness gesture. I hope they are backing that up with a portion of October's proceeds going to organizations that fight for a cure.
