About
Saddle Rock Golf Course is another course is the city of Aurora designed by golf architect Richard Phelps. The public, 18-hole course is 7,351 yards from its longest tees, playing to a par of 72. The golf course provides more than just a good game of golf, Native American artwork is displayed throughout the course and the natural landscape is simply beautiful. The front nine has lakes while the back nine turns into wetlands, creating not only a visually interesting course but also a challenging one due to the water hazards they provide. Saddle Rock Golf Course also touts immaculately manicured fairways and greens.

Great Views and Better Greens
I haven't been to Saddle Rock in a few years, but this course will likely make its way into my regular rotation. The Aurora Municipal Courses are all in great shape, and there is a ton of variety among the group. This course is a fun routing with numerous elevation changes and interesting looks off the tee. The course is hilly, but still walkable. The front nine has some beautiful views of the mountains.
The stars of the course are definitely the greens. They are running devilishly fast, and some of the pin locations left our group scared to be aggressive while putting. It was a fun test that challenged everyone to level up their short game and strive to put the ball in the right spots on approach shots. It is not often that we get to putt on greens that are this quick, and this is a great time of year to play. Get out to Saddle Rock and enjoy it while the weather is still good and the course is in great shape!
Beat value I think I’ve ever played
Girls at the counter were fantastic! Joe the starter, this ole codger… fantastic. The course? Fantastic! No complaints would play over and over!

Great views
First time playing here , loved the elevation changes and the views were great (for being off Arapahoe) . Only down fall was they just aerated.. which I know is needed , just was the only “negative” great course , will be back
Usually get around pretty steady, but today was horrid even teeing off at 8AM. Had reached the 4.5 mark at hole 16 and walked off. Literally walked. Saw the group two groups ahead of us on 18 as I was driving away.
Beautiful course
Amazing views on the back 9.. challenging course and overall in great shape. The views of the rolling fairways on 13-15 are second to none. A bit expensive compared to some other course's we considered but can tell it’s going back into the course.
Cancellation policy
I woke up this morning and tested positive for Covid. I tried to cancel through cough now and it’s telling me that I’m not eligible. Had I done my booking through the actual golf course? This will not have happened and they would’ve understood. I will not be using this site anymore.
Nice track
Fun course. $197.00 for two not worth it with over five hours of slow play.
Great Conditions for the price
Loved the layout. Course was in great shape. Enjoyed it tremendously! Pace was a little slow on the front but ranger was present all day and it moved fine on the back. Will be back again!

Course and staff were superb! Enjoyed the driving range after the round and all the amenities in the grille. Well done! Will be back again to play soon!
