Can't get a Sunday morning tee time.
I've played Breakfast hill probably 50 times in the past 5 years. Love it there. I haven't played there yet this summer 2021. Last year maybe twice. Covid stunk. This year I've tried to book for a Sunday morning atleast 15 times. As I can only play early Sundays. I work 6 days a week. I have a 2 year old daughter. I like to tee off between 630 and 7. So I can be home early to have the rest of my day. With my daughter. Using the golf now app. Or golf pass app isn't great. We pay I think it's $82 dollars on weekends w/cart. At B.H The App Golf now/golf pass that Breakfast hill uses adds between $5 to $12 dollars. Ball park! Im not paying that fee. If there was a tee time I'd call. I check online.. I've been playing other courses in the area. I tell everyone. Breakfast hill is the best course on the seacoast. Well maine coast to the coast of Boston north shore. Peabody, Lynn and surrounding areas. I think that. My opinion. Love it at Breakfast hill. Very hard to get the tee time I want. I've stopped trying. Would love to play there this year. As I play every Sunday morning w/foursome. Same friends. Hope to see you soon. Thank you Ryan.C
Nice course but watch out for members
Nice course, good layout, well msintainef. Members encountered on the course were not very hospitable. Two times in a row. First. I was paired with 3 members, after several holes another member. caught up and my. 3 partners had him join the group.....5 people in a group?
Second time members in front very slow. Couldn’t finish the round.
I have since avoided playing this course.

Great value- challenging course
I played 30 18-hole rounds of golf here. After playing six rounds I joined. If you want to improve your game and don’t mind a true challenge this is your place. It is the most Cost-effective course in the area in my estimation.
Greens are true and fast, traps are well maintained and strategically located for course management but fairly located. Tees and fairways are remarkably good considering it’s a public course.
People in the shop, the golf pro, rangers, starters and waitstaff are all helpful and friendly.
Nice golf course
As far as golf course condition and pace of play,no issues,course was in excellent condition.
The only complaint I have is that I paid 18 holes rate including golf cart,and when I got there I was informed that they are no longer providing carts,it’s walking only.
I get it,it’s the end of season,but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
And I could have saved some money.
Trying to get a refund is worthless,I didn’t even try.

Great shape
There was a frost delay, which was expected this time of year, but the staff got all groups moving and we played at an impressive pace. Course was in great shape, fairways an most of the rough was free of leaves. All in all, it was a great experience.

Love this course
This corse continues to beat my expectations! Even with all the leaves falling, the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping it as clear as possible, well done! Impressed me so much over the last 12 rounds, I became a member.
