About
eQuinelle Golf Club is the centerpiece of eQuinelle Master-Planned Golf Course Community, an upscale residential community in Kemptville. It opened in 2009, making it one of Ottawa's newer courses but it quickly garnered a following as one of the best public golf courses in the area. The layout features massive, undulating greens and bent grass fairways that have subtle contours. Golfers will have to contend with many large, strategically positioned bunkers and some tricky natural fescue areas. There are five sets of diverse tees, giving golfers the ability to make the golf course as challenging as they want. eQuinelle's signature hole is the par-3 16th. This 170-yard hole plays over water to a very wide, contoured green that slopes severely to the right. Tall maples form a horseshoe around the green and there's also a pond to the right. Pin placement will play an important role on this tough hole.

Great time but slow
Great course. Well conditioned, great staff and amazing clubhouse. Round took over 5 hours to play. We waited on every single shot for the round. Would still come back.
Wow, what a gem!
I have been coming up to Kemptville for a family reunion every August long weekend for past ten years. I have always wanted to play this course and got to do so for the first time. I was not disappointed, what a gem of a course this is! Absolutely loved it, in fabulous condition, well put together. I can't wait to come back next year and play it again
Great day at Equinelle
The course was in great shape..staff very friendly and helpful. My friend forgot her sunscreen...they had a loaner bottle..nice touch. Food and drinks were a good price for the upscale clubhouse. Would recommend highly.
Beautiful course!
This was the first time I have played at eQuinelle. I had heard many excellent comments about it from golf friends so the bar was set quite high. The course did not disappoint! It is a beautiful course to look at and to play. The fairways are in great condition and the greens are fast and smooth! Each hole has many traps that are all large and deep but when you are on the tee box looking out over the hole, the traps are beautiful and well placed. Lots of water and new homes being built. There is a lot of pride shown everywhere on this course. It was a real treat to play this course! Loved it and can't wait to go back!
Enjoyable round of golf.
This is the first time I have used Golfnow. The booking process was easy. Equinelle is probably the best course that we have ever played on and we will definitely be back again. The course was in great condition, even with the amount of rain that we have had this year.
Good Course Fun to Play
Great course in good condition straightforward layout makes it fun for golfers of all skill levels
Great shape but...
There were no distance markers @ 100 and 150 yards from the green. Slowed the game down a bit trying to figure out what iron to use.
I love this course
Great layout, challenging right from the first hole with the tee shot over water however the challenges are realistic and are not set up to defeat the golfer. There are rewards for good shots, however, poorer drives can be recovered from.
Equinelle is always a treat to play!
This course is without a doubt one of Ottawa's top 3 public courses to play and of the top 3, the best value. Now if the rain can stop......
Going back for sure
Very well kept and groomed course. Staff was friendly (especially the starter). Beautiful, fast contoured greens were a challenge.

Myself along with the rest in the foursome all agreed that this was the best course we have played so far this year.

Awesome Day
Although a windy day, it was fun out there. Greens were wicked fast though. Took at least 4 holes to adjust the putter.
One of best courses in Ottawa
Always a pleasure to play this course with friendly stall. Fairways and greens were in A1 conditions with good layout. Surely will be back again soon.

Carts only on the back nine shouldn't last for long as the course has dried out nicely. Greens are perfect, fairways like carpets.
