Good value for the price.
$25 each, not bad price. Course is ok condition. Needed to mow it all. Everything was very long
Overall Great Outing
It’s nice to play a well maintained course such as Eagle Hill.
Resort layout
It reminds me of a resort course you’d find in Florida. That doesn’t make it bad or anything. It’s a fun and interesting place to play.
Great course
The course was in great shape and the greens were moderately paced. The course has a nice layout and was fun to play. Would definately play here again. Great course for the price.
Knowledge is Key
This is one of those courses that puts you at a disadvantage the first time you play it, or if you haven’t played it in a while. There are a number of blind tee shots, and even a few fairway hazards that are not apparent as you set up for your shot. If you love to challenge your abilities, this is a good course for you.
Playing in late March, the conditions were as would be expected for a public course in this area. It did seem like a number of the tee boxes were very uneven and some were in rough shape. Overall, the greens were in good condition for the time of year, other than the signature Par 3 (whose green is in the shape of the state of Arkansas). Some type of weed had infested that one.
One closing comment - the golf carts are in need of maintenance. The first one we were issued had trouble starting and when it did, it seemed to run much slower than other carts. We traded that one in for one whose parking brake did not work, so we had to get creative wherever and whenever we parked it.
By the way, my high rating for value is the result of getting a bargain fee through GolfNow..
The course
The itself isn’t horrible and perhaps later in the year it will be better. As for the dayI played the greens were fast and for the most part, ok some of them
Particularly the par 3’s had lots of ball marks that players neglected to fix. The fairways are in need of attention. Perhaps it the beginning of the season and they may just be too damp to cut. We did recently have a bunch of rain.
