Silverado Golf Course

Has ability to be a great course just lacks overall maintenance. Greens terrible shape, fairways below average , grass on tee boxes were freshly cut but still to tall and needed raked ,rows of cut grass everywhere.

Fairways aren't too fair in spots, greens need a complete overhaul, but the staff is great, helpful and polite.

We should have been told ahead of time and we would wait to play it when they fixed the greens. Could not putt, ruined our game.

I am a college golfer and I play all sorts of courses all over the state and the surrounding states. I played this course in 2010 and it was in great condition. But someone new bought is and now This is one of the worst condition courses I've seen in a while. The fairways and rough are full of weeds, the greens are on the verge of dying and there's other grasses growing on the green. Looked like they haven't mowed or watered in days. I wouldn't play there again for free. Luckily I got a rate of 17.99 on golfnow or I would have been extremely mad for playing $50 to play it

Heard course was nice. This was not true. Made tee time ahead. Arrived for twilight fee. No maintenance had been done for quite some time. Fairways not mowed for weeks. Weeds and poanna grass growing wild all over course. Greens unplayable and looked to be completely dead with matted down dead grass. No watering of the fairways or greens for quite awhile. At the nine, asked about condition and they said only hole 5 was not so good. Wow. Also, the greens are being converted to bermuda and had been sprayed to kill bent--goodluck on that. No offer to refund, reduce price or return play voucher. Will never go back. Feel very sorry for town of Durant,OK and members and families that live on this goat ranch.

Played on my day off. I have played this course often. it's close to my house. unfortunately they are quite a bit higher on green fees then other facilities in driving distance and don't offer any better experience. I can drive 20 min south and play 18 for $20 and they are $44 so I haven't played there much. I really like the course. Now they are on Golf Now I will play there more.
