Nice course but…
The course is a fun little course. Reminded me of an adult putt putt golf course. You’re hitting tight fairways in between an apartment complex, one errant shot your golf ball will end up in a living room. There’s one hole where you’re hitting over a busy street, lmao.
A few things: THEY REQUIRE A COLLARED SHIRT. I was about to lose my money but thankfully the manager was nice enough to lend me a shirt that was Blast from the past. He was a great guy.
There course was fun and they take pride in its condition, but I was shocked when my golfnow hot deal was only for 9 holes. It’s 44$ to play 18 which is extremely excessive. I would be back if it were 18-25$ but they have me priced out for $44. Much rather play Lincoln or kicking bird for the same price.
Follow the Dress Code
Played as a single, brought my wife and toddler along just to ride and get some family time together. They were going to either force me to take her home to get a collared shirt, buy one, or she would have to leave and couldn't ride along. It's a Links course..OKC and Norman were great and would allow them to ride with me even if they weren't wearing a collared shirt. She was wearing a Magnolia T-shirt. If you play here by sure you ABIDE BY THE DRESS CODE, even for those who aren't playing....
Perfect fit
Love this place it's like family.
Play and live here.
Beautiful course.
Best looking greens around.
Leave your driver at home
I will play it again. Hitting over active driveways is a little odd.
Greens were good.
Great Value Challenge Course!
When you get to play 9 holes in and 1 1/2 - 2 hours for $15 or less (sometimes $10) with cart! You really can’t beat it. Course is in good shape. Greens are small but in good shape and roll decent. It’s been cart path only but that’s only to let areas of the course improve, but it’s not been issue for me. Rate of play is good and I usually play as a single or twosome. The course is definitely tight and challenging! I only hit my driver on 3 holes and sometimes only play irons to keep it in play. Apartments are around you so errant shots can possibly land on someone’s doorstep. So, slicers beware. I’ve played this course many times and it’s consistently improved over the last 2 years. It’s definitely worth a look for Yukon and Mustang residents when you catch a “hot deal”!
Overpriced course
I used to be able to play 18 here for $26, as in the past few months. I went today and was charged $50 with range balls. THIS IS NOT A $50 COURSE BY ANY MEANS. The last time I was there I looked at their pricing sheet and it was $26 for 18 holes. I looked at the pricing sheet today and it was $44 for 18 so they’ve definitely gone up. I noticed all brand new golf carts and new concrete for the golf cart trail, so I’m assuming they’re trying to recoup some of their costs. Regardless too expensive for the course and amenities and I will not be back.
Will be back
This course is only a few miles from the house, and being only 9 holes, we have refrained from checking it out as the Mrs. wants to get that different 18 and be further out away from the clutter of the city if she can get it.
Anyway, on Jan. 1, mother nature gave us a great day to be out, and it had been a while since we played due to the weather on our available days to play. So, I said let's just get out, go here and play 9 and take advantage of the weather.
While we have played the other Lindsey courses at Norman and Stillwater, I guess we had a closed mind as what to expect here. But this course provided more than expected.
It is still a good course, and yes, you might as well keep that driver in the bag if you waver outside the fairway. We learned a lesson or two on a few of the holes, when we play this course again when the weather warms up, we will play them differently.
Overall, we were more than happy with the course, pace, greens, etc... we were even behind a group of 5 and the pace was still good.
If you can catch the hot deal times, it is a great value course. We will be back sometime soon.
Nice course, wish it was public
I have lived in the area 5+ years and this was the 1st time I played the course. Since its winter the greens were shaggy but I expected it. Will play it again when it warms back up.
Fun practice nine no 10th hole.
They had aerated the greens. The course does not have snack bar or cocktails. It is definitely possible to loose or find a few balls have fun.
