Cart paths and some fairways were rough but for the value it’s hard to beat.

The course is in great shape. The greens have bounced back from last year. Once the irrigation system lines grow in it will be great.

Work in progress. Lots of gravel around edge of elevated bumpy greens. Some short dogleg 4s that goad you into bad but exciting decisions. Complicated layout but gps in cart to help….mine didn’t work but the other cart did. Finished front none in 80 minutes only to find additional golfers starting on the back. Back took 2 1/2 hours. No starter. Interesting layout makes hot deal worth a try.

Half the course is under construction and everywhere around the greens are hard pan making it close to impossible to chip. Good layout very open but not worth $44 for 18 when you could drive further north for better courses and conditions for the same price or cheaper.

I was never able to find the first green and mistook hole number 8 for it. Poor or no signage and carts go abysmally slow. Water pipes down every fairway, but once completed maybe it will be a decent course. Greens small and have bunkers on them - understandable this time of year. Some fairways were dirt roads for construction. Would have appreciated any type of warning from staff, but they were not interested in being helpful. Asked about membership information when checking in and was just handed a pamphlet - no interest in gaining a member; once I played I understood why. I would avoid this course until they have completed whatever they are doing.

Course is in terrible condition. Zero money goes into making the course better. Range was 100% dirt, just like every single tee box. Will not be playing this course again.

Greens were in bad shape, fairways in good condition, tee box yardage did not match scorecard

I played this course on a weekday. It was a very hot day. No waiting. But the course is starting to show some age. Mowed grass piled up uncomfortably high in a couple places.

Multiple sprinkler heads broken causing mud everywhere. Tee boxes are very uneven and some of the greens look like they have some kind of disease. Half the put surface is gone. Fairways are more like playing from the first cut of the rough, overgrown. Golf cart gps doesn’t work and way overpriced. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

Could be a great experience because the course layout is great but they desperately need a greens keeper not just a shoeless guy hosing down greens at noon.

Poor and inconsistent greens with multiple holes having broken sprinkler heads creating pools and streams on approaches. Teeboxes destroyed or missing markers. Staff that acts like you are a burden. Overall disappointment.
