Much better than I anticipated. A genuinely fun nine‑hole track with a mix of tight, thought‑provoking holes that keep you honest from tee to green. You get a few ocean views sprinkled in along the way, which never hurts the mood. Conditions were surprisingly strong for the season, and the course is clearly well cared for. The staff? Extremely welcoming, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been playing there for years. Overall, a great early‑season stop and absolutely worth the visit.

Fairways, greens and tee boxes are in good condition. Not a long course but challenging layout and pins on some holes. I played much better the second time around. We played 2 rounds of 9 and and finished in 3 hours. Staff was super helpful and nice

Played sebasco on the 4th and again on 12th. It’s now my favorite 9 hole club in the state and I thought it was a better lay out than Clinton & Diadema. No comparison on conditions, sebasco is cookin!!!!

The course is especially beautiful on a fall day with the turning foliage. Very interesting layout for each of the nine holes - demands straight shots and patience. Great, friendly place to play on the mid-cosat.

Fun day with great pace of play and a great lunch on the water after.

Quick pace/Not Crowded. Entire course was in very good shape. Had not played here in 6 years and it was a pleasant suprise. Good Rate from Golfnow.
