Holiday Island Golf Club
Very good condition and layout. Not too crowded. Excellent greens.
Great Greens
Tee boxes and fairways are in need of some attention. They need to get the guy caring for the greens to help with the rest of the course.
good Course to round
It was too busy day
Normally it would be enjoyable
Decent course for the price.
The course was well maintained with regular water stations and the option to order from the clubhouse grill via phone call. Some fairways are a bit closer to homes so if you have a bad slice you may consider taking it easier on some shots. Price was very fair for the views and maintenance of the course. Overall, I would give this course a 4.5 out of 5 considering some more experienced golfers may find themselves waiting for the shots of the previous tee time.
It was a good course for us
Staff at pro desk was not friendly and there was no driving range. But the course itself was good - an easy course. If you are a scratch golfer or low handicapped, I suspect this will not be challenging enough for you. But we play for fun and so the open fairways and small amounts of water and sand traps was welcome for us.
Not worth the drive from Fayetteville
Course was tight and very bland. Small houses on each side of most holes. Greens were nice, but everything else resembled a farm course. Just not worth the drive with the available courses to play in NWA
Holiday Island CC
Not a real long course. Shipping fairways can catch balls on wrong side of fairways....stay left... front 9. Back nine was longer but not too bad. Played the back tees. Greens were very receptive and rolled nicely.
Golf
Great course greens a little hard but good all around .
Condition’s
The course was in pretty good condition from tee box’s to greens, except for the bunkers. The bunkers were terrible. Joined up with another player and had a fun round. It was a little slow but not to bad. Would like to play here again if not for the drive.
