Beautiful course and location.
Clinton GC is an immaculately maintained course. The course has great views and provides sufficient challenges for all levels. The grass was cut perfectly to three levels, was lush, and well irrigated. Greens are sufficiently challenging. Feels like a private course, as it once was. This golf course should be on everyone's list. It's worth my time to take the drive at least once a year!
Best 9 Hole Course in Maine
I play Clinton every summer when I visit Maine. The course is moderately challenging, but is maintained in immaculate condition. What makes this course so enjoyable is the care given it by its owners, There are unexpected treats (free water a snacks at selected tee boxes) and flower gardens scatter throughout. Every course should be set up this way.
I LOVE CLINTON
2 hour drive for us but well worth it. 30 min tee times so you feel like you are the only people on the course. Beautiful tee boxes and pristine fairways and greens. Lunch is included in the fee so make your turn around lunch time. Coolers full of water and snacks at a couple of holes and the clubhouse which is also included. Any time you get a chance to golf in Central Maine you need to try this 9 hole course. Play different tee boxes on the back 9. Definitely my favorite course. I wish I lived closer.
