Challenging Championship Level Course, best for Beginner/Mid-High Handicap Golfers looking for a Challenge
The course is pristine. It was an amazing yet humbling experience to play the course having just started to learn how to play and indeed it is an amazing experience.
I love the look of the place, the greens are fast and immaculately maintained and overall the ambience was serene and peaceful.
The course is exceptionally designed by Gil Hanse and are unforgiving should you miss your shot. I personally used about 7 balls to play having continually shot into the lake partly because of my own stubbornness and the rest because of my hubris.
It was a long and gruelling course for me but would suit the golfer who would like a challenge having scored better on other, simpler Par 3 courses as these are long, undulating and overall fantastic.
I am going to practice some more and then make my way again to test my mettle against this beauty of a course.
