List of good things about "The Grand":
Good use of topography in design. That's it.
Unless this is an item on your bucket list, save your money. In a year or so this might become a decent course. That assumes copious amounts of rain (they don't water), reworking the greens (several different types of grasses and unplayable slopes), and designating tee boxes.
Take your money somewhere else.
