About
There's no doubt Red Wolf Golf Resort is a Texas-themed facility, complete with holes named after the Harrington's bulls (they are providers of bulls for professional rodeos) and a Southwestern-styled clubhouse. As for the golf course, Jay Riviere's design has always been considered a fine layout. Take advantage of the easier front nine by scoring well on the opening holes. No. 9 is the most difficult hole on the course. It shoots through a narrow opening uphill into the sloped fairway. This one is mean -- it was formerly a par 5 -- and requires a long approach over a lake.

Fun Course
This course was nice. The greens were in good shape. It was fun and challenging!
Lack of maintenance
I use to play a lot this course before they sale it and it was a lot log better in general the course fairways and greens uncut, terrible rough .
Always a great time
Had a blast as usual. Course is well maintained. Got to play with a couple of great older gentlemen

I always enjoy coming to this course. It's not easy and not super difficult. Good customer service as well as clean fairways.
Redwolf golf course
When paying $35 for a green fee you expect not to get the best. The people that do the maintenance on the course had sprinklers going on every tee box, you had to time the sprinkler to tee it up and get out of the way and time it again so you could hit your ball. They were also flooding the greens for some reason, most of them where unplayable because of standing water. I understood courses need to do maibut maybe close for the day if the course is going to be in that shape.
Respectfully, worst course I’ve ever played. Either someone needs to dump some money into this place or they need to shut it down.
Nice
Nice overall. I played the day after a severe thunderstorm in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the course had drained. While some areas were wet, the majority of the course was just damp to dry. Greens were okay, and very wet.
The staff was an easy 10 on friendliness and helpful.

Great clue for your money. Few of the greens are pretty rough.
