Nice little par-3
Super little par 3 course that’s well maintained and has greens currently in good condition. Some tricky short holes, it’s nice for practicing your pitching and putting.
Lovely little par-3
Well maintained, looking great and the greens are looked after. Some super short holes but great for practicing your short game.
Beauty par 3
I loved playing Greenway Park, very pleasantly surprised! The conditions were excellent first off, with very short-cut, smooth fairways and deep but manageable rough. I am not a particularly long hitter, but got to use 7 iron multiple times, 6 iron, 4 iron, and even used driver on the 7th hole to get just passed hole high. I do not think the yardage signs were accurate as the holes I used 7i and hit green were marked as 110y. Two holes with slight tree interference, some greenside bunkers, multiple water bodies to catch your slice, overall a great time for $19 green fees. The greens were extremely slow due to water and we're cut long. The clubhouse was organized!
Excellent Quick Round
This is a really nice, community 9 hole, par 3 course. For the experienced player it’s likely pretty easy, but for a junior or beginning player it’s prefect as it allow you to recover from errant shots without having to take 5 minutes to find your ball. The length is similarly just right for someone trying to learn the game without being just wedge shots off the tee.
Great fun
Lovely course kept in great condition! This time of year it’s well groomed and very fun for a quick round, especially with learning players.
Never played/ cancelled day before tee time
I canceled my tee time on Friday 28th,6:30 pm. I had call the course. The guy I spoke with said he would cancel the tee time but my refund would come from tee off and I would have to call them I finally got a chance to call tee off and told them I had canceled. I had payed the fee so I could cancel up to 1 hr prior to tee time. The gal I spoke with said she would need to call the course. She did. And the course told her that they have no record of me canceling. So the gal didn’t press them for more information. I was denied refund. Unhappy customer Charles Davis.
Greenway park
Great course for a quick par 3 9 hole Didn’t need my whole set of clubs. Next time I’ll just walk it with my 9 and putter.
Greenway
I have pleased here for over 35 years. Love this place. However, recently they don't honor tee times, its a free for all. Now they have joined golf now it even worse. So many people with zero marshaling from the course. Do not play here on the weekend, you cool down before every tee box.
Had a tee time off golfnow this afternoon and showed up to a closed course. (Update your info daily) I would spend the extra 10$ and go play the blue course at highland hills.
Good Value, Friendly Staff
It’s a beautiful little or 3 for your average golfer. Tee boxes need some love but doesn’t deter me from golfing there weekly.
4th hole is my favorite. 5th hole tee box is tucked beautifully behind a pond with an opening in the trees to add that little bit of a challenge.
Perfect for new and older players
And a lot of fun for players to practice thier short game, or if you time it right, just kill 90 minutes. Highly underrated conditions since they finished renovations last year.
Super friendly staff
Super casual. Great place to work on your short game, great place to learn.
Nice par 3
For less than a movie ticket, this is a really good way to spend an hour and a half. A small water feature and some sand. Longest hole is just over 200, so mostly a good place to work the midrange
Good for beginners
Nice small par 3 coarse. Great for beginners. Didn’t see much of a staff, other than the one person working in the Pro Shop, who was very friendly & helpful. Showed up 30 min early to hit a few balls & loosen up. Was a little disappointed that there was no driving range, just a short 90yd warm up are. The fairways & greens were in great shape, but the tee boxes were pretty beat up. Pace of play was horrible. Even though I had a 10am tee time, it seemed to be a free-for-all, and had to wait anywhere from 5-20 min on each hole. Not a bad coarse, especially of the price, but I would suggest visiting this place on a weekday when they are not so busy.
