Hidden gem.
Please hear for the first time last week. Course was in great condition staff could not be any friendlier and helpful. Got hooked up with two guys and had an unbelievable time. Would highly recommend this golf course and I will be back
Hidden gem
Played here for my first time today what a wonderful time I had. Staff and owner were the nicest people you could meet. The three guys I got hooked up with were great. And of course was a lot of fun in great condition
First time out this year
Arrived 20 minutes before tee time. Paid my fee, got some snacks and off we went without a hitch, right on time. The greens are aerated so they were SLOW... Every putt bounced all the way to the cup BUT this prevented missing the cup and rolling 20ft past which usually happens on these mountain cliff greens. Overall, we had a great time!
good value, weird ranger
Great value, played on a friday afternoon (overcast skies) without another group in sight. Perfect greens but thick rough. Carts are gas so you take in a breath of gasoline every hole and paths are non-existent. Ranger was kinda weird and hovering over us about the 90 degree rule. Otherwise, a great time and value.
Rain just recently was a problem but it’s over and getting better
We were happy overall and the starter was excellent

Nice track in a peaceful setting
Nice course in great condition, changes in elevation and hole length is good. Greens were slow but pace of play was outstanding. Folks care about this place and it shows.
Pushed to Tee Off Ahead of Schedule
Woodhaven is normally a pretty relaxed experience - no rush, take your time. However, yesterday was a different experience - the starter pushed me and my 2 partners off 20 min early, with two other foursomes chasing us the entire 9 holes. He could've easily let them go ahead of us, as they were somewhat better players than us. First time I've been hit into while on a green at Woodhaven, completely unnecessary and avoidable. Course conditions were OK - lots of unrepaired ball marks on the greens. Starter/ranger did come around twice reminding us to repair fairway divots, however. Not a good experience yesterday.
