Great Location and Great Layout
Course has a wonderful location with the Vermillion River as a boundary for most of the course. The course has very good terrain with several elevated tee shots as well as two tee shots over the river. The front 9 is the original course; however, the back 9 greens also have an old feel to them as well.
Worth the effort to play.
Excellent Value - Very Fun Course
Harrison Park has been my go-to course ever since I played it last season. It offers great afternoon rates and plenty of variation. The staff is friendly and the grounds are typically very well kept. The front nine is great for a beginner, and I find the back nine quite a bit more challenging, but very enjoyable. Try this course if you are in the area!
Nice day, awesome staff
Course was a little wet from all the recent rains & a little rough in places but all in all pretty nice for this time of the year. We will def be back once Spring time finally rolls around. The layout is very interesting (especially the last 5-6 holes). The staff could not have been nicer!
Harrison Park GC
This is the 2nd time I played this in the last week. Fine course, well maintained. Greens are very fast. Definitely will be playing here more. Well laid out course.
Tree problems
Layout is fun with some hills and water in play.Bunker is not rock hard like some courses near in this area. The course has some patchy greens but my complains are all nothing when you consider the great price.
The only downside for me was the huge trees middle in some fariways. Playing first time here, even if I hit the fairway, it was impossible to hit GIR in some par5s..
Good condition
Pace of play was great. Considering all the wet cold weather we have had the coarse is in excellent condition
Harrison Park GC
A very nice course. Fairways and greens are in good shape. Greens are fast.
Very nice course...
Simply put... Harrison Park is a very nice course. Love the great layout, diversity of holes & smooth as glass greens- which were lightening fast (I never got adjusted to the speed).
Staff is always extremely nice- no issues playing on a GN discount rate ($20!!)
They had significant rain prior to our play but the course was very playable and in excellent shape.
I wish I had a course like HP in my hometown, since I don't, I'll happily drive 1hour to play this quality course.
