For beginners
The fairways are rough. Playing out of regular lawn or worse type of grass. Greens were in pretty good shape. There are a couple challenging holes that made it fun. As for my title it is a good course to learn on.

Short but Challenging
This is a great course for beginners as well as experienced golfers. Although all holes are par 3 the course design/layout provides a challenge for all skill levels. I plan on using this as my primary golf course to play this year.
